Manufacturing Update April 9, 2021

Folks good afternoon, and welcome to the weekend. We have a lot to cover today so, let’s get right to it.

March Modness

If you participated in the March Modness contest, Rob and John went live on instagram yesterday to draw and announce the winners. Did you miss the drawing? No problem, you can view the article HERE and see who won.

Heidi will be contacting the winners on Monday, April 12th to give them their gift codes. She will also coordinate with the grand prize winner, who won a full compliment of BT bling, and a trip to Lone Star Mopar Fest in October!

Color Batches Sent Out

We have sent batches of Red, Matte Red, Black and Matte Black out for finish today, along with Roman Gold Metallic.

The red and black finishes that we sent out are only HALF of what we still need to send. Yes half. Please do not be alarmed if you do not see your order on here. It will go out next week.

In the case of the red and black catch cans, z brackets are machining now. We also have several under hood pieces that are coming off the machine.

We will send out the vast majority of the remaining (red and black) orders to plating middle to late next week. When in doubt just call (561.582.6171) or email us for assistance.

Colors Batches Back In

The batch of Orange and Matte Orange were received just before the launch of this article. We will get started on those orders first thing Monday morning.

We also received back some random pieces of B5 Blue, and Octane Red this week, so we can wrap up those old factory color match orders that were still waiting on a few parts. Big thank you to those who have waited on us to get this process ironed out. These parts are beautiful, and well worth the wait.

Colors Batches Still Out

We still have several other finishes out:

Polish from March 23rd will be back mid to late next week

Plum Powder coat, and Racing Red Metallic will be back middle of next week too.

Titanium from the March 31st update should be back by the week of April 19th.

Factory Color Batch Update

The old business for Jazz Blue, Destroyer Grey, and Sublime is in process with our painter. We are about a week to 10 days out from those orders coming back in to us. Once we receive them in the shop we will get the parts engraved, and shipped out to you asap.

All new orders with factory color matched parts will begin going to color the the week of April 19th. By “new orders” we mean all orders placed after we brought the finishes back early last month.

On next Friday’s update we will post a schedule of what color batches will be going first. Expect a 7-10 day turn around from the time we sent the items to be painted, come back to us, then for us to complete those orders.

We promise it’s so worth the wait.

Stock Status Update

All stock status is up to date on the website. You can find the availability of each product next to the unit price and lead-time info, in the product description when you scroll down.

Quick recap of what is out or low stock:

Water Necks

Water necks for 5.7, 6.1 and 392 Hemi Engines.

Throttle Body Covers

Throttle Body Covers for 2013 and up cars. We will manufacture these again before the end of the month.

Bypass Valve Covers

We are low on these. The next manufacturing run will be later this month.

Brake Fluid Caps

Brake Fluid Caps are out of stock. The next manufacturing run will be in late April.

Washer Fluid Caps

We are very low on these. Material will be here next week, and we will start running them asap. Expect very little, to no delays on satin or color.

Black Catch Can Fittings

We are on a hold right now for cans requiring black fittings. That bottle neck will be relieved by Wednesday of next week, when our big batch of black powder coated fittings arrives.

T Style Oil Dipsticks

We sold out this morning. Material will be here next week. They will go on the machine late next week for a restocking run. We expect very little impact on lead times for colors or polish orders, maybe a few days out from the 15 days to ship in satin.

Sigma Series Radiator Caps & Supercharger Coolant Caps

We sold out this week. Those will go on the machine later this month.

Coil Pack Covers

We have one set left. Next product run will be in early May.

Order now to get on board with the next run. We are selling these like crazy. We will be fully restocked, in satin finish, by the end of May.

Hood Shock Covers

We are getting low on these, again. We have material here, but will not have open lathe time to pop them in until early May. There may be some lead time delays. If so, we will keep you posted, here in our updates.

Coolant Tank Covers

Coolant tank covers are back on the machine. We have them on two machines right now so we can get these orders out the door.

Satin machine finish orders that do not have any engraving will start to ship late the week of April 19th.

All color orders will be shipping throughout May.

After the current orders are fulfilled, we will have 32 on the shelf, in satin, ready for your choice of finish and engraving.

Satin Catch Cans

We are shipping your satin catch cans at right around the 10 day mark. You guys are just gobbling them up. All satin cans through April 2nd have cleared assembly and are in with Andrea to package right now.

We have z brackets and fender brackets on the machine now to keep pace with the demand. The only bottlenecks are cans with black powder coated fittings. As mentioned above, we will have relief there by Wednesday of next week.

If you see your satin catch can order is in “Pending to Ship Status” please allow us 3-4 business days for us to finish assembly, and for the lovely Andrea to clean and package your item for shipping.

Once more, the biggest problem we have right now is we do not have any black fittings. Cans are assembled, just waiting for the fittings to be popped in.

When you see your satin catch can order has moved to “Ready to Ship” status, that means your item will be shipping the next business day.

If you paid with PayPal, it’s instant. Not comfortable with us having your cash prior to us shipping your parts out? Contact us. We will work with you, sending the funds back to you. We will re-bill you when your order is ready to ship.

If you paid with a credit card you may be subject to a 30% deposit. Alex will send a friendly reminder if he captures that 30% off your authorization code. He will also include links that contain important information about our process prior to us shipping.
