Manufacturing Update April 17, 2020

Good evening family. Thank you for all of the support, and trust you place in our team. It’s absolutely amazing how you guys, and gals, have stepped up in a big way since this virus hit over a month ago. It truly is humbling, and we are deeply grateful.

Our Supplier Partners are Killing It.

Today we will keep it really short, we know lots of you are at home, working on your cars, and we are shipping a lot of stuff out of here every single day. Our supplier partners are doing a fantastic job for us during these stressful times. We all are going to get through this together, and be there on the other side.

Shipping Update

Due to the staggering of our crews please allow us a few extra days to get your items packaged, and shipped to you when you see your order has charged out (if you paid via a credit card) and moved into “ready to ship” status.

USPS, FedEx, and UPS are coming here at different times of the day, sometimes early, sometimes late. They are not arriving at the regular, scheduled times we used to see before the pandemic.

With just 10 of us here, sometimes there is no one packaging parts for several hours as we have to rotate between the shop, and the office because of the staggering of the shifts.

We are getting it done, and we again thank you for understanding. When in doubt always call.

Inventory Status

Inventory status on the website, in each product, is up to date.

Coil pack covers are coming off the machine right now.

Coolant tank covers are going on again the middle of next week.

Colors In, Colors Out

The Team sent out quite a few batches for color this week. White, matte red, clear, matte clear and a custom batch of Plum Crazy purple went out for finish (yes plum crazy purple).

We received the batches of standard red, racing red metallic, blue, matte blue, orange and matte orange back in.

Remember we are working as quickly as possible to get the color cans assembled, and the under hood pieces engraved, and then into packaging.

Catch Cans

Satin catch can are shipping in 3-5 business days from ordering. We have plenty of stock. We are taking a lot of orders, not just for satin, but colors too, and as you can see, we are still sending batches out for finishes several times per week.

Sadly we still can’t allow local pickups, or tours until June 1st, possible sooner if restrictions ease. Your safety, and the safety of our people, are our first priority.

New BT Contest Coming Soon

Finally the March Modness bracket tournament was such a hit, and so many of you participated that we have another fun contest coming up. This one is going to be really good, and our very own “Dom” Rob David is ironing out the details now.
