Manufacturing Update April 22, 2020

Good afternoon everyone, welcome to Wednesday. As always, we must open with a big thank you for your support, and trust. The team here is so very appreciative, and we remain humbled, and grateful. Thank you again.

No Colors In, Black Went Out

Today’s update will be very brief to let you know what has gone out for finishes, stock statuses and a few odds and ends.

We sent out two batches today, standard black and matte black.

Nothing has come back in yet but that will change on Friday’s update. We expect to have the clear, and matte clear anodize back, as well as the white, and purple powder coating. We also have several black Chrysler 300 Wings that will be back in before the end of the week.

Stock Statuses and Manufacturing Runs

We are in good shape inventory wise.

Coil Pack Covers have been manufactured now and satin machine finish will start to ship.

Coolant Tanks, material will be here tomorrow and we will get those on the machine early next week.

Valve covers, material, as we mentioned in prior updates, has been pushed out a few more weeks due to high demand on the drop sizes we usually buy. ETA for delivery of that material is the week of May 11th.

Fuse Boxes, all years, all styles, are running now.

Hood shock covers in satin machine finish are back in stock. Colors are out now and scheduled to go out with the various batches for finish.

Finally the Ram Trucks, Jeep and Durango shock covers are now back in stock as well.

Catch Cans

Satin Catch Cans ordered between April 11th and April 20th are clearing assembly. We just got a big batch of black fittings in. The team is getting those cans together, assembled, and out to you guys and gals.

Please allow us 5-7 business days to ship your satin catch can. You guys and gals have been buying in droves the past couple weeks THANK YOU!

BT Vault: Interior Items

As mentioned in the past couple updates the Interior BT Bling for earlier models (the 2005-2010 Charger, Magnum and 300 as well as the 2008-2012 Dodge Challenger and 2006-2010 Jeeps) will be leaving the website on May 1st.

This is your last chance to order window switch kits, A/C Knobs, cup holder bezels etc.

Once these items are removed they probably will not return as it had been a good six years, prior to us bringing them back on this go around. As the cars get older, the demand goes down substantially.

We appreciate all the “OGs” who came back onboard, and got in on these classic Billet Tech pieces. It’s been a blast to do them again, a true walk down memory lane.
