Manufacturing Update December 18, 2020

Good evening family. Welcome to the 3rd Friday in December, and the week before Christmas.

Thank You

First and always first……THANK YOU FAMILY. It will never be enough, but we always have to start by giving you our thanks for all the trust, and support you place in our team.

Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of your ownership experiences. Thank you for giving us our BEST YEAR ever in 2020. A year where so many have been hurting, you guys stepped up big. We will never be able to express how humbled, and grateful, we are to all of you.

We’re Here, Because of You

When our team was down this  past summer with Covid, leaving only 3 out of the 10 of us standing for almost 8 weeks, you guys and gals stepped up in a big way. We made a promise to you, when everything turned upside down in March, we would be here for you as well. Together we are coming up on the finish line that is 2020, looking forward to 2021, and new beginnings.

We have a bit to cover today so we will get right to it.

Nick Billet’s Holiday Giveaway

Factory Color Matched Batches

The color matched items we sent out on the November 24th update needed to be iridited, then finished in the factory colors. The holiday delivery requests from those batches will be back on Monday. Those parts will be going on the machine immediately, and into assembly so we can get those shipped.

We will have an update again Tuesday with the orders that will have come back on those batches.

You can also call us late Monday afternoon, and/or Tuesday morning, to see if your factory color match items have returned.

Please note not everyone will be back just the holiday delivery requests.

Colors Back

On today’s update you will see we received the batches of purple, matte purple, and clear anodize back. The team is hard at work getting those parts into final processes.

Matte Black & Racing Red Metallic

The matte black from December 11th, and the Racing Red Metallic from December 9th, will be coming back to us before December 23rd.

Any holiday requests in those batches we will work on them immediately, so we can get them shipped out.

Color Batches Sent Out

On today’s update you will see we sent some white, lime green metallic, and yellow out for powder coating. We should see those batches back in here next week, before the Christmas weekend break.

We also sent a big batch of standard red anodize out to be completed. We will see that batch back before the new year.

Shipping Delays

Please be mindful that you may experience shipping delays after the package leaves our facility, even using Express or Priority Services.

We covered this on the December 9th update.

If you are new and just checking in, please head on over and take a look at that information. We provide you with direct links to the major carriers we use.

Thursday, December 24th is a Federal Holiday, however, all the major carriers will be delivering that day.

Satin Catch Cans

All satin machine finish catch cans are shipping within 7 business days of ordering.

If you need us to ship the next business day, and you are calling in please let your friendly Team BT member know so we can get that handled for you.

Ordering online yourself? Drop a note to us in the comments section, and we will take care of it.

Our goal is to have all satin catch cans ordered through December 15th shipped to you before we break for the holiday weekend on December 23rd. We have plenty in stock, and have a dedicated machine just to run that product.

The volume has been insane all year, and even more so over the holiday season. We are shipping over 1200 units per month now. It’s crazy, and we are so humbled, and appreciative of your trust.

Small Runs to Keep Up

As you can imagine between The People’s Sale, and the Holiday buying season, we are selling out of stuff left, and right.

The good news is we manufacture our own product. We are running quick manufacturing runs, on our most popular products, to keep things moving.

Stock Statuses

All products are up to date inventory wise in the product availability within our online store.

Below, please find a list of what is currently out of stock, or limited stock.

Water Necks

Water necks for all vehicles, and engine types including Hellcat, Demon, and Trackhawk are sold out.

We will manufacture them again in early to mid January. If your parts have not shipped out yet, or your water neck is not out, or back from color (on the updates we have launched this month), expect shipment sometime in January for satin, and late January for colors.

Door Lock Kits

Door lock pins, and bezels, we have limited colors in stock. Please call (561.582.6171) or email us for current availability on those.

Satin kits are 100% sold out.

We will do another run of these by mid January. They run quick.

Devo Strut Covers

We have a LOT of back orders folks. These were huge sellers during the sales, and we had a few orders outstanding even before The People’s Sale last month.

We have material on hand, and we have a lathe opening up the first week of January. These will go on pronto, so we can get these orders filled.

Hood Prop Covers

Another big seller we are out of stock on and that includes not only the cars, but now the trucks, Durangos and Jeeps is the Hood Prop, or Hood Shock Covers. These will go on the lathe right after we make the devo style strut covers in early January. We have material here.

Under Hood Kits

Under hood kits have been a big seller, as you can imagine, and they are all year long. We are running individual pieces all the time to keep pace with demand.

The following individual parts of the under hood kits are sold out as of today.

• Washer caps all years:
  – Material is ordered will run more the first week of January.
• Radiator Caps and Super Charger Coolant Caps:
  – Material is ordered will run more the first week of January.
• Sigma Series low and high pressure A/C Port Caps:
  – We ran out on the 16th. Material is ordered and we will run more the first week of January.
• Trackhawk Supercharger Coolant Reservoir Covers:
  – These sold out late last week. Material will be ordered the first week of January, and we will run them shortly thereafter.
• vHellcat and Demon Supercharger Reservoir Covers:
  – Material will be ordered the first week of January and we will rum the at the same time we run the Trackhawk versions.
• The Big Coolant Tank Covers:
  – These are always popular, and yes we sold out during the People’s Sale. We have some material here, and will pop them in early January.
• Coil Pack Covers:
  – These are also big sellers during the holiday season. We will manufacture, and restock in mid January.

Holiday Schedule

Folks just a reminder about our holiday hours:

Monday and Tuesday December 21st and December 22nd

We are working our normal business hours and late into the evening so we can get as many packages out of here before we close on December 23rd for the Christmas Holiday weekend.

December 24th through 27th

We will be closed December 24th and 25th.

December 28th through 30th

BT will return to our normal hours of operations on Monday, December 28th through Wednesday December 30th.

New Years

December 31st and January 1st we will be closed for the New Years Weekend.

Back at it for 2021

Team BT will return and be ready to rock on Monday, January 4, 2021.

Like you, we so want 2020 gone. We have our fingers crossed that we can all start to return to some sort of normal again when car show season rolls around in the spring of 2021.

We miss traveling, and seeing, all of you and cannot wait to gather with you again as “Friends Of” your events in 2021
