Manufacturing Update December 19, 2019

Good afternoon friends. As promised we have received the standard red back from plating this afternoon. Folks that asked for a Christmas Delivery we are working on those now, assembling your catch cans, and getting your parts engraved.

Red Batches are Back = Holiday Delivery

Any parts from this red batch that are marked holiday delivery will be completed by Monday, if not today, and shipping asap.

All orders are being shipped via Express Mail for weekend, and holiday delivery; meaning that if we ship your package on Monday it should arrive Tuesday, or yes, even Christmas Day. We will be taking a haul of boxes to the post office and UPS on Saturday, December 21st too!

Folks we have a lot of Red and matte red in with these batches. Many of you will see your red orders switching over to “Ready To Ship” when you log in to your account. Please allow us a few days to catch up, get those items packaged, and shipped. Lots of catch cans and they are all good to go.

If the order status is “ready to ship”, and you did not request a holiday delivery, your tracking information will be updated no later than December 30th.

Black Batch is Not Back

Unfortunately the black batch will not get to you in time for Christmas, but it will arrive shortly after. We will do all we can to get as many of the black orders completed on Monday, and shipped to you as well. We won’t be seeing that until Monday morning, so we are not putting that on today’s update.

Our Anodizer is Putting in Extra Hours

Rick, our plater, will be putting some hours in between Christmas and New Years. So we may be seeing some more items come back in, and we will update you.

Holiday Schedule and a Bonus

Speaking of Christmas week, we have posted our holiday schedule, and a little bonus for you guys and gals. Please use the code XMAS19 at checkout to receive 25% off your order between now and January 1, 2020 (midnight eastern standard time).

The team will be live on the phones from 6:00 until noon on Monday, December 23rd and then we will stop taking calls again until December 30th.

The team is working until around 3:00 P.M., on the 23rd to get the last minute stuff out and shipped to you for delivery Christmas Eve or yes Christmas Day (as long as the weather cooperates with the delivery service providers etc).
