Manufacturing Update February 14, 2022

Good afternoon everyone. Happy Valentine’s Day, and a big thank you to all of you for your generous support and trust.  

Today we will keep it brief, covering what’s back in, and what’s gone out. We’ll also go over inventory updates, and factory color match schedules. Pull up a chair and read on.

Stock Statuses

Inventory is up to date on each individual product on the store side of the website. To see the availability just click on the product you are interested in and you will see the stock status next to the unit price .

On the Manufacturing Update we posted on February 4th everything production wise is on schedule, and we are back in stock on the following:

Coolant tank covers

Coolant tank covers in satin are starting to ship now.

Colors will start going out later this week.

Manifold Baffle Cover

These are coming off the machine now. Satin will ship starting later this week and colors will start to go out early next week for finishes

Throttle Body Cover

TB covers have been manufactured.

Satin machine finish is shipping.

Colors will start to go out this week.

This is the last run for the 05-10 models. When these sell out they will be retired. We move very few of those now.

Bypass Valve Covers

These are manufactured. Satin machine finish is shipping.

Colors will star to go out this week for finishes.

Water Necks HEMI N/A

Water necks for 5.7, 6.1 and 6.4L engines are machined and shipping in satin.

We have colors going out and coming back in weekly.

Water Necks (SC)

Water necks (thermostat housing) for Trackhawk, Hellcat, Demon, and Ram TRX are machined and shipping in satin. We have colors gong out and coming back in weekly.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans all styles are shipping within a week or sooner.

If you need us to ship to you the next business day after you order just let us know in the comments section when checking out online, and we will take care of that for you.

If you are ordering by phone let the friendly BT rep who it helping you know this, and it will be shipped the next day.

When your order moves to ‘pending to ship’ status it clearing the assembly queue and will be shipping to you within 3-5 days or sooner. ‘Ready to ship’ status your order will be shipping within one business day.

Color Batches Out

We sent out orange, matte orange, and matte red late last week. We have a batch of titanium and matte titanium heading out this week, and those orders will be on this coming Friday’s update. Questions? Give us a call.

The Yellow Powder Coat that was on the February 4th update should be finished this week.

Batches Back from Color

We received the following back

• Standard Red Anodize
• Standard Black Anodize
• White Powder Coat
• Racing Red Metallic Powder Coat
• Matte Black

Color Match Batches Still Out

The follow factory color match finishes are still out

• TorRed:
  – completed and on the way back from California will be back at our facility 2.17.22.
• Destroy Grey:
  – completed and on the way back from California will be back at our facility 2.17.22.
• F8 Green:
  – due to be completed later this week (local painter)
• Indigo Blue:
  – complete and this includes washer fluid caps and fuse box covers that did not come back with the last round a couple weeks ago. We will be getting those parts to complete the vast majority of the open Indigo Blue tomorrow (02.15)

Color Match Batches On Deck

The following factory color matches will be on this Friday’s (February 18th) MFG Update:

• Sublime
• Plum Crazy Purple
• Jazz Blue
• B5 Blue
• Octane Red

Jazz Blue: Discontinued

Folks we will be discontinuing Jazz Blue after we send the last of these orders out.

Please understand we do not paint here at the shop. We use two vendors for the factory color match. We send two color batches at a time. After those two batches are painted, and are either back in the shop, or on the way back to us. we will send two more batches out.

We’re Not the Fastest, Just the Best

If you cannot wait for these factory color match finishes, then we definitely will not be the company for you. It’s worth the wait, we promise, and we will have fun with you along the way… so feel free to vent when you need to.

What Happens When My Parts Come Back from Finish?

Folks when the finishes come back in from our vendor partners on anodize, powder coat or painting we will be moving your orders to ‘pending to ship’ status.

All stand alone catch cans are sorted and moved to assembly immediately, so you will see those get out to you within a 3-5 business days, or sooner.

When your order moves to ‘ready to ship’ status your package will be shipping within one business day.
