Manufacturing Update February 21, 2020

Happy Friday everyone! With the weekend in sight we are back with another update to wrap up the week. We’ll start this update, as we always do, by thanking you all for your continued support, encouragement, patience and trust.

The team here at BT knows it’s you who keeps the lights on. You allow us the honor of bringing your visions to life and for that we are grateful. Today’s update will be a quick one, covering color batches in and out of the shop, what’s on deck for next week, and a few odds and ends.

Colors In, Yellow Went Out

Today we received the batches of white, copper (all finishes), racing red metallic, and titanium (matte and standard) back from plating. The team jumped on these parts getting them ready for final processes. We sent out a batch of yellow.

We are bundling batches of red and black parts to go out for color early next week. We expect to have a batch of purple head out later in the week. We will provide you all with more information as it becomes available next week.

Lead Time For Final Processes

If you see your order has come back in from plating, and/or powder coating, please allow us up to two weeks to complete any final processes before shipping to you. Final processes include assembly, engraving, designer cuts, inspection and assembly. If you have any questions please call (561.582.6171) or email us.

Stock Statuses

Stock status is unchanged from the earlier this week. The information on website is also up to date. Please see the February 18th Update for more detailed information.

Coolant Tank Covers back in stock as well. Get them before they’re gone!!

Catch Cans & Z Brackets

Satin catch cans are shipping in 3-5 days. Z-Brackets just coming off the machine now.

Anyone who ordered a satin can between Feb 14 through yesterday, that has not shipped don’t worry. We will start shipping those out today finishing up any stragglers Monday. Most of those orders are in “ready to ship status” now.

Coolant Tanks

Coolant tanks in satin are shipping we have sent many colors out and we will have a full recap of what has gone to plate on those Tuesday of next week (the yellow’s appear today).

Those of you that paid with Paypal you’re all settled and set. Everyone else, we charged the remainder of the tanks that still need to be shipped today. In colors those who have asked for expedited service on, we expect all tanks back in house within the next two weeks from finishes.

If you have any questions please call us. That final charge you see is the coolant tank, for many of you from The Peoples Sale, and the holidays season. We have all orders covered through yesterday’s batching of orders.

Inventory in satin is ready to ship moving forward with any new business now on lead-time for colors and polish. Thank you all again truly. You will NOT be disappointed this is such a focal piece on your ride the part is absolutely stunning.
