Manufacturing Update February 25, 2020

Good afternoon everyone and welcome.

Today’s update will be brief, as we will cover only what has come back in, batches scheduled to go out, and any expedited Spring Fest/Spring Orders needed for the month of March.

Let’s dive in.

Spring Fest & Expedited March Orders

All orders for Spring Fest or other March shows, that put in your requests, we have you covered. Many orders are back from plating/powder coating, and the rest are out now for plating. Some orders we sent separately to be finished, and below you will find that expedited list with order numbers.

• 99010: All parts at finish now
• 96923: A partial shipment has already gone out. The balance of the parts on this order are wrapping now and will ship within the next week
• 97350: Coolant tank out at plate now
• 98863: All parts went to finish today on a separate PO to plating. Custom art work in progress will be ready to start the pieces as soon as we get them back here in about 7-10 days.
• 98978: strut covers sent on own PO to finish
• 97043: All parts shipped less coil pack covers. Those are back and in the engrave queue
• 98615: Parts are back from orange and in engraving.
• 99319: Parts going to red anodize early Thursday will be back in 7-10 days will finish them within the day that the come back in time for Spring Fest

All other Spring Fest requests, and Spring Events, if you have your request in already, and do not see your order there we have your parts back and are finishing up final processes right now. When in doubt please call (561.582.6171) or email us.

Yellow & Black are Back

We have already received the yellow back from last Friday. Big thanks to our powder coater on that finish and for the speedy service as we have several orders in that batch for Spring Events next month. We are already sorting those orders and getting them finished up so we can ship to you.

We also have received the black back from February 13th. Catch cans (only) are into assembly now, and we will start shipping those within the day. All other parts that need final processes, such as engravings, are being routed into the shop to be completed.

Boat Loads of Batches Heading Out This Week

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday we have a bunch of stuff heading to anodize, powder coating. We are definite going to plating tomorrow with a whole bunch of standard red anodize. We also have a large batch of purple and matte purple that we are preparing to send out as well.

We are also sending out the balance of the color match items that were open orders prior to us temporarily removing those colors from the store. For those who aren’t aware we have temporarily removed the option for the factory color matched finishes while our vendor partner upgrades his facility to handle higher volume and more options. We are scheduled to relaunch the factory color match options in March, with better lead times and more colors.

Satin Catch Cans

We have a boat load of satin catch cans coming out of assembly right now, and heading into shipping. Do not be alarmed if you see your order in ready to ship status for a few days. We just replenished z brackets, and are getting those out now. All cans in satin are shipping within 1-5 business days from ordering.

Stock Statuses

All stock status is up to date on the website. All parts that were low on inventory listed on the last couple updates we are wrapping up manufacturing now, and restocking.

Fuse box covers are off the machine this morning all styles and we are fully replenished again.

New Machines on the Way to BT

Finally as we mentioned last year we are in the process of upgrading here at our facility. We are replacing older equipment that has done the job for us well, but the time has come to step to the next level. In our phased technology upgrade we are pleased to let you guys know we will be taking delivery of another brand new CNC Machining Center in late March.
