Manufacturing Update January 8th, 2014

Outside Suppliers & Finishes

Billet Tech is back at full capacity after the Christmas and New Years holidays. As reported in prior manufacturing updates many of our outside suppliers were closed for the final two weeks in December. We will start getting parts back in that were at finish later this week and into next week so we can get cracking on finishing and shipping your parts to you. Please give us a call if your order ticket is staying in either polish or anodize and we will get you a current ETA on when it will be back in.

Engraving

The team here is cranking on parts in the engrave queue. We are moving items off the shop floor and into inspection quickly now. We have three CNC’s on engraves to get the high volume from the holidays finished up. If you’ve been tracking your order through the store, and your parts have been in the engrave queue for a while, rest assured those parts will be completed shortly.

Unfortunately in the month of December we had end of year commitments that did not allow us to do this. While we are in between contracts we are cleaning those engraves up and getting your orders expedited quickly.

Out of Stock Products

We are completely out of stock on the following items:

Water Necks

Material is in however we are moving production back to the third week of January. To borrow from Spock and Star Trek: “The need of the many out weight the needs of the few” on this one. If you have one order we are going to get these knocked out and on the way starting later this month.

Manifold Baffle Covers

Sold out on November 26th. We are manufacturing now with delivery to start in early February.

Throttle Body Covers 2013 and up

7 on back order now. We will start another round of the 13 and up covers later this month with delivery into February.

Visor Disguisers / ID Plates

We are sold out. ID. We will have blank stock on all finishes again in early February. ID Plates should be right on point lead-time wise as indicted in the product availability.

Specific Product Updates

Charger, Magnum, 300 Front Door Sills

We will run these again at the end of January with delivery to start again in February. Everyone who ordered by December 31st 2013, we have you covered.

Lumbar Kits

Last run will start to ship this month. Some have shipped many are out at finish now.

GTO Catch Cans

Shipping now with all backorders shipping by early the third week of January. This will include color and polish.

Strut Covers Both Styles

Manufacturing now. Delivery to start the end of the month again.

PCV Covers Pre-Orders

Manufacturing now. Delivery to start this month.

Catch Cans

We have replenished our catch can supply with satin cans shipping day. Color and polish on lead-time or sooner. You can now add red fittings to your order or purchase separately

Coil Pack Covers

Machined complete. Satin covers will start to ship late in the week of January 20th.

Valve Cover

First op done. Second op on in a couple weeks. Satin shipping late January.
