Manufacturing Update January 9, 2019

Good afternoon everyone. As always, Team BT appreciates you tuning in and checking in regarding the latest and greatest information going on here at the facility.

New Lathe Arrives Tomorrow

Tomorrow is the big day, as we will take delivery of our new equipment. These things are possible ONLY because of your generous support, and the trust you place in our team. Without you these things would not be possible.

Limited Phone Availability Tomorrow

Speaking of tomorrow being a big day for us here, you may experience more calls heading into voicemail as the majority of us will be in the shop tomorrow. Please do leave those voicemail messages so we can return the call. It may take a until the next business day (Friday) to do that but we will get to you. Thank you for your understanding. Catch Can Production

Team BT thanks you for your patience and understanding. As explained in prior updates, catch cans have been on production hold. As soon as we start manufacturing cans on the new machine next week, we will put up an update with a catch can table that will include order numbers and ETA’s for all finishes (not just satin machine finish), similar to the table posted last week.

Blue and Titanium

Folks we sent out blue and matte blue today as well as titanium and matte titanium. Many of these orders included catch cans, hood prop covers, and fuse box covers.

We understand you want your parts as quickly as possible. We want you to have them as well without compromising quality. As soon as the these items come back from plating the team will begin final processes (engravings) and get partial shipments to you. You will never pay additional shipping costs when parts are sent separately from BT.

If you see your order in the tables below, please pay attention to the “Notes” column for information regarding any specific parts sent to color. If there is nothing in the field next to your order number, then the entire order has been sent out for color. Black and Red are on Deck

Black, matte black, red, and matte red orders are being bundled up now and preparing to go to plate next so we should be back with a new update late Friday or Monday again.

Stock Status

In the January 4th update we posted a stock status table on our products. No significant changes to that timeline as of today’s posting. We will continue to do short production runs on parts to keep items flowing out for finish, as well as get stock replensihed for business moving forward.

We also will update the stock status of each individual product on the Availability of the part on our website before the end of the week. Any newcomers who don’t look at, or are unfamiliar with the MFG Updates, can see the product statues and ETA to manufacture or if the product is being manufactured now on each products “Availability.”
