Manufacturing Update March 29th, 2018

Good afternoon everyone.  Today’s article will serve as a supplemental update. We do have some things that went out (mostly coolant tanks to start) and will be sending a bunch of stuff up in several waves, early next week, on all colors.

Coolant Tanks

The tanks need to get cleaned up and they will run separate from the other lots we send to plate.  This is only the start on those tanks and colors so if you have not seen yours go out yet to panic we have another round going next week.  Call us too if you need assistance. 

Catch Cans

Catch cans in satin are about 15 days give or take from ordering if you need immediate service just as we let you know so we can move you up in the assembly line and get you shipped immediately.  Our log jam on z brackets is breaking as we doubled up machine time to get out of that hole again.  Only bracket we are behind on at the moment is the fender mounts we are running those now and will be replenished sometime next week and start to break those loose and ship them.

Colors Still at Finish

The following colors are still out from previous MFG Updates:

• Clear Anodize and matte clear
• Blue and matte blue anodize
• Orange and matte orange anodize
• Purple and matte purple anodize.

Please remember when you see your order come back in from plate, polish or powder coat allow us 7-14 days to complete any assembly and or final processes prior to shipping your items.  

Parts Stock Status Online

All products in the site are 100% up to date on stock status and last weeks update that went in to depth concerning stock status and inventory is still on point as of today.

Folks, we are and will remain a small company. Even with our workload we will remain as we are, a 8-10 person crew.  Our team has been together a very long time.  We get one another, and its very hard to bring in others to the mix.  We are a family and as a family we fight as hard as we work and as hard as we play together. So allow us to give the person we are on the phone with the attention, you expect from us when we are assisting you.

Please if you get our voicemail leave a detailed messages.  All of us wear many hats and we may either be on the phone or in the shop. We will call you back as soon as possible.  We do not place another caller on hold to take a current call if only one of us in the office handling phone duty.

Continually ringing us won’t get us off the phone quicker but leaving that voicemail will help us help you.  We are available via phone Monday-Friday 5:30 A.M. until 3:30 P.M. EST. Visitors are welcome until 4:30 M-T and Friday until 4:00 P.M.  Chips are are flying until 9:00 P.M Each evening.
