Manufacturing Update May 1, 2020

Good afternoon everyone. Thank you for checking in. Yes, we only did one update this week as we spent the better part of this week, and last, replenishing our stock, building more product, because you guys and gals are just slaying it with the orders. We are so blown away by your generosity, and support, especially now.

Thank you all, and we remain deeply humbled.

Both Blacks Are Back

Late yesterday we got the big batch of black anodize back, as well as the batch of matte black.

Some of you already have received your tracking details for the stand alone catch cans. Please allow us a day or two to get the items boxed up when you get your final charge, and ready to ship status on your orders. When in doubt give us a call.

Red, Blue and Polish Too

We will start right off the bat and let everyone know Monday we are shipping up a whole bunch of parts to red anodize for plating. It looks like we have started to bundle up more blue, and matte blue, as well as another big round of polish.

New Update on Tuesday

Tuesday we will be back with a new update indicating whats gone out but in the mean-time if you need an update, just reach out to us on the phone (561.582.6171) and we will be very glad to assist you.

BT Vault Interior Items

We are going to keep the BT Vault Interior Items up for the remainder of this weekend and pull them off the site on Monday, May 4th.

We had planned on taking them off today, but we had a real rush on those parts after folks started posting their photos, and we ran out of some stuff.

This way we can allow any weekend folks to make a final pass through and order. Then we will see what we have to make, order the material, and wrap that up, and prepare to introduce the newer model interiors.

The Vault pieces were a huge hit again, and it really took us down memory lane seeing these items, and seeing them on your rides. Thank you!

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans we are shipping in 7 business days or sooner. You guys are just amazing, we sold almost wait for it one thousand units in April!! Crazy.

Catch cans are continuously being manufactured. We know you have choices, lots of China made look-a-likes, etc, and our team appreciates you guys, and gals sticking with us.

If you order online, and need us to ship your satin can the next business day simply put a note for that in the order comments.

If you order by phone, just let one of our friendly BT family members know, and it will be done.

Stock Statuses

Some quick stock status to update you on:

Coolant Tank Covers

Coolant tank covers are going on the machine Monday afternoon.

We will probably put them on the middle Mazak in the shop. The end machine is giving us some fits again, tool changer issues, but we will work around that for the time being. It might be time to trade that one in, when the Corona Virus is over, but we will get it looked at as soon as we can safely let our repair techs come have a look.

Valve Covers

Material will be here the week of May 11th. We will try to get them on that week, but more than likely we will start manufacturing the week of May 17th. We will keep you posted.

This is the last, and final run for valve covers as we will be retiring that item back to the vault. Many people don’t like that our product is “pricey” and are going the fabricated route, or going for “cheaper” alternatives.

We get it and we won’t compromise what we do either. Our team feels we offer the best product in the industry, with service, and support to match.

Coil Pack Covers

Coil pack covers will remain in rotation. We just machined another round of these.
