Manufacturing Update May 8, 2019

Good afternoon everyone. Thank you all so very much for checking in, as well as your continued support and trust. We genuinely appreciate you all allowing us to be part of your ownership experiences.

Purple is OUT!

As promised we have a lot of purple (both matte and standard) that went out today. Some of these orders are a bit long in the tooth (where the BT Skeleton was never going to leave), and some are as recent as just a few days ago. Most of these items are catch cans, misc pieces such as brackets, or a cap or two from larger orders where the other parts have already shipped.

Partial Shipments

Team BT will not make you wait until everything is completed before we begin sending your parts to you. We ship parts as they are completed, and do not charge you any extra shipping costs. We know you want your parts, and we want to get them to you as soon as possible.

Lots of Color Batches Have Returned

We have several finishes that are back in from color: Red, Octane Red, F8 Green, and Jazz Blue. Please see the tables below for more information. When in doubt please call (561.582.6171) or email us.

Those who have been following along with these updates you have seen the major improvement regarding the turn around time for finishes. Our supplier partners always do a fantastic job for us. We appreciate them and the quality work they do enhances our own and makes your parts that much better.

Lead Time For Final Processes

Folks please remember if you see your order has come back in from outside finishes please allow us 7-15 days to complete any final assembly and or processes such as engraving to package and ship your order. If you are going to an event and need us to get that out quicker please reach out to us (email or phone: 561.582.6171) so we can get that done for you.

Stain Catch Cans

Catch cans in satin all orders are moving quickly out the door now and in order of receipt. We are currently releasing all orders from April 20th through April 30th out of the assembly area and into package now.

When You are Charged, Your Order is About to Ship

If you see your order has been charged or get a notification on your credit card app that means we are preparing to ship your product. Due to the amount of product being pushed into shipping please allow us a couple days to get the items hand wrapped, boxed up, and on the way to you. When in doubt just give us a call.

Those of you who have received packages from us you know we do not shrink wrap your stuff on cardboard backing or just toss it in the box with a piece of bubble wrap on top. Our team hand wraps each piece individually, just like a gift. Not only should great care be taken in the manufacturing of the product, but the wrapping and presentation is just as important, if not more so. It shows you care about your customers.
