MFG Update November 20, 2018 Including Holiday Hours & Schedule
Good morning folks and welcome to Thanksgiving week. Crazy how quickly 2018 has gone by. It seems as if we were just welcoming in the New Year after an amazing 2017 Holiday Season. Team BT has so much to be thankful for and grateful for, we sincerely appreciate all of you, and the trust you place in our team.
2018 was a year unlike any other here. The generosity you all have shown our team each and every week, of each and every month, is truly humbling. Thank you. You have no idea how much it means to us.
Team BT: Family First
As you know, if you follow along or are a long time BT customer, we do our annual holiday sale before Thanksgiving.
As has always been the case here, our top three priorities are: producing the highest quality products, customer care, and our people and their families. As a family oriented company, of a dozen strong men and women, our core principles have always been family first.
The holidays are a time to be spent with family and friends. As such BT believes it’s important for our people to be at home, spending time with their families; whether it’s by traveling out of town, or receiving friends and family in their own homes.
Time is a precious commodity and we as individuals should always take time to spend it with the people we love and care about no more so than during the holiday season. For many of us the luxury of youth is no longer on our side and spending that quality time with family and friends is so important.
Thanksgiving Schedule
With the above said BT will be closed starting at 12:30 on Tuesday, November 20th (today) and will remain closed the remainder of the holiday week.
We will reopen for business at 6:00 A.M. EST on Monday, November 26th.
Free Shipping Through the Holiday
During that down time we will be offering free shipping. No coupon code will be necessary just choose the free shipping option when checking out. Just a little bonus thank you for the support all year long. That will end at midnight EST November 25th.
With the holiday schedule out of the way let’s get in to some of the more pressing questions and talk about the post sale game plan here at the facility.
Post Sale Overview/Updates
Due to the overwhelming amount of orders we received during the sale we are still going over them after the initial batches. Please know folks, we have a good handle on things. Yes, its going to be a process over the coming weeks. We urge you to continue to watch the MFG Updates Section and of course do feel free to call (561.582.6171) or email us.
As we have stated many times we are on your side and want you to have your parts as quickly as possible without compromising quality. We clearly define how we operate and work diligently and with transparency. We are definitely not eBay, nor are we making mass produced knock offs just shoving it out the door.
We support the community we work in and play in before, during and after each sale. Never hesitate to contact us for information you may need.
Holiday Delivery Requests
All the folks who have requested a holiday delivery, we have sorted your orders and moved your orders into the holiday expedite queue. As we stated in the People Sale’s post and pre write ups, we cannot guarantee holiday delivery, but we will do everything humanly possible to make it happen.
The only items that we can say for certain that will not make a holiday delivery are valve covers and coolant tank covers. Some satin coolant tank covers may make it in time but colors thats just not going to happen
Anyone who placed an order during the sale and did not make a note in the order comments, call (561.582.6171) or email us. Please contact us with these requests no later than November 30th.
Any requests after November 30th we can pretty much promise it won’t happen, but we will certainly try.
Call Backs & Emails
All call backs have been completed from the sale and are current moving forward. We are playing phone tag with some of you guys and gals. Please do not worry will honor all agreements we have in place with you.
All emails have been answered and are within the normal reply time lines as specified in the auto-responder you receive when you email us. Will be busy again this morning making sure we have all unanswered messages answered and have a fresh slate to start with upon our return from holiday break on Monday, November 26th.
Inventory Table
By the first week of December we will be posting an inventory table. On that table you will find the following information:
- Part number and name
- How many pieces on order
- Inventory on hand
- Quantity we need to make to fill current business
- Scheduled run times on these product.
The Holiday Hustle
Many items we will have run out of during the big event last week. As we have done in prior years we will be running quick manufacturing lots to keep pace with the literal hustle and bustle of December as we work our vendor partners to get as much colors and polish done as quickly as possible, again without compromising quality prior to our fine partners shutting down for the holiday break at the end of December.
Because we partner with local material suppliers we order material and its delivered the very next day after we order it and usually right at 6:00 A.M. on the dot when we open.
Of course as we work through all the orders we will be keeping you up to speed on whats coming and going via the order tables as we have done for many years now. Simply look for your order number to appear when it goes out for a particular color and then locate it when it comes back in. As always never hesitate to reach out to us for more one on one assistance, if you are confused or need additional help.
Custom orders
All custom requests that were sent to Nick via email prior to the sale he has been answering them as quickly as possible and working with each of you on an individual basis. If you sent him a request after the sale, or made a custom request in the order comments Nick will have you helped by the week of November 26th.

30% Deposits
As many of you already know or should know your credit card is only preauthorized when you placed your orders with us. If you need a refresher on how you paid please take a look at this link here and that link is also on the invoice copy you received from us when you place your orders.
How Do I Pay For My Order.
Starting the week of November 26th we will begin to collect the 30% deposit on your orders.
We will of course notify you via email we are doing so. That 30% charge comes right off the original preauthorization on your credit card, and we capture the balance when shipping your order to you.
The deposit is 100% refundable if you have to cancel for whatever reason. Just reach out to us and will refund your money promptly NO DELAYS.
PayPal Payments
Please remember all PayPal payments are instant and if at anytime you are not comfortable with us holding your money while we work to complete your order PLEASE reach out to us (email or phone: 561.582.6171). WE WILL WORK WITH YOU.
If you dispute your payment prior to shipment we must cancel your order and move it to the next person in line.
Team BT is here and always available to answer your questions and work with you. We are not like other companies out there who do not answer your emails and leave you hanging. We understand trust is delicate especially when it comes to your money.
We may take some time to deliver your items, to you, but Team BT has never cheated anyone when it comes to their money. Timely refunds are granted, and we work with people each and every day when they have special circumstance with regards to payments. We get it.
Colors Still Out at Plate
Folks we still have the following out at plate and or powder coat
- Green Anodize from November 13th
- Matte Black from November 13th
- Yellow from November 13th
We will be picking up the bulk of the plating that is outstanding as mentioned earlier in this update when we return from the Thanksgiving holiday and of course we will be sending out a WHOLE BUNCH of stuff to get done next week upon our return from holiday break.
Purple & Orange are Back!
We have received both purple and orange back (machine and matte finishes) today. Will start working on those orders and getting all cans assembled and parts engraved when we come back from Thanksgiving break next week. Please allow us 7-14 days to complete them and get them shipped to you.
If you need a quicker turn around email us so we can get that handled for you or call us Monday, November 26th and will get it moved up and taken care of.
Satin Catch Cans
The first satin catch cans in assembly table and ETA to ship will be posted the week of November 26th. Our goal is to have all satin cans shipped in 2-4 weeks we have plenty of inventory, our private label business booming also and we are working tirelessly to keep everyone moving quickly through the manufacturing process.
Many times we may be replenishing brackets, quick connects, or waiting on fittings and hose prior to shipping your product. If you need your satin catch can shipped ASAP please call us so we can accommodate you and get your item shipped and out the door.
Billet Tech Tee Shirts
Tee Shirts arrived this morning and will ship on Monday, November 26th along with your holiday bonus scratch off game. One lucky winner will take the grand prize of over $3,000 in BT dollars to be spent in the site. No scratch off is a looser or as well say “All We Do Is Win” and you should too!
