Manufacturing Update November 7, 2019

Good afternoon everyone, and welcome. As always Team BT appreciates you guys, and gals checking in to learn the latest, and greatest going on here at the facility. We absolutely thank you for the trust, and allowing us to be part of your ownership experiences.

Colors In, Colors Out

Batches of blue, matte blue, and standard black have returned to the shop. The team is busy getting those parts through final processes, and ready to ship to your doorsteps.

We sent out batches of red, matte red, purple, matte purple, clear and matte clear to plating. Please check the tables below the article for details.

Coolant Tank Covers

We are in good shape on all products. Coolant tank cover material is here and we will start manufacturing any day. The team just needs to wrap up some work on the end Mazak, then will fixture up, and get started.

These will run all month and right until after Thanksgiving and into early December. This run will fill current orders, and put product on the shelf for the holidays.

Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping in 1-3 days from order. Anodize is coming back after we send it out for plating within 10 days and in general our supplier partners are kicking butt.

Factory Color Matched Parts

Color matched colors we are running 6-8 weeks.  We are doing all we can with our finish partner to improve this. We work with a great company there so please have a bit of patience as we all work together to get these days pulled in for all of you.

We want to be able to offer even more factory matched colors but in order to do that we have to be sure our vendor partner can take in the work load. Once the offerings we introduced around this time last year started to get into the wild over show season this year it blew up. Please understand we are working diligently to get these lead-times improved for you all.
