Manufacturing Update October 11, 2019

Good afternoon everyone, and welcome to the weekend. As always we appreciate your support, trust, and allowing us to be part of your ownership experiences.

Today’s update is a supplemental one, with a new product, free shipping offer and a lot of colors coming back in. Big shoutout to Rick as he is just killing it right now on the turn around times. Now we can’t keep up with him! We appreciate the efforts of our vendor partners providing such beautiful work to enhance our products that we send to you.

Colors In, and Out.. and Back In!

We received red, matte red, orange, matte orange, purple, matte purple, and matte black back today. The team sent out a batch for polish yesterday, which we picked up this afternoon! We sent batches of copper (all three styles) and blue, both standard and matte out for plating today.

Please check the tables below the article for details, comments, and most importantly, if your order was in any of the batches.

Lead Time for Final Processes

If you see your order has come back in from finish please allow us 7-14 days to complete any final processes such as engraving and assembly prior to us shipping the packages to your door.

Inventory

Stock status on products remains unchanged from the update earlier this week. Just a few items to note, we sold out of the big coolant tank covers this morning and also sold the last of the EGR Deletes yesterday afternoon.

Coolant Tank Covers:
The coolant tanks will be running those at the end of the month or early August.

EGR Deletes:
The EGR Deletes are no more and heading in to the BT Vault, so we can bring some other classics back. The team is working on those classics right now, and will be ready just in time for the holidays!

Water Necks:
We are very low on water necks for 5.7, 6.1 and 392 Hemis right now. We ordered material, and will be machining those again late the week of October 29th.

Jeep Trackhawk IC Coolant Reservoir Covers

Jeep Trackhawk owners we are in production on supercharger intercooler coolant reservoir covers! We had material in the material crib to start, and we have 30 units in production now. Our good friend Keith (aka honestlyocd on instagram) is getting the first piece in clear anodize here in about a week or two. He’ll be providing us with feedback and installation photos.

In the mean time have a look at the image gallery of our prototype. The prototype is on point for the production run, and we will have the product on the website next week. You will be able to purchase just the cover if you already own the coolant cap or both the cap and cover as a set if you are new to the product.

All finishes and designer cut options will be available on this item. Custom engraving will also be an option for anyone that would like to do that.
