Manufacturing Update October 2, 2019

Good afternoon everyone, welcome, and thank you for checking in. BT appreciates all of your support, trust, and for allowing us to be part of your ownership experiences.

Stock Statuses

Inventory wise we are in good shape on product with the exception of a few things. All inventory statues are up to date as of this morning’s batching of orders.

Product availability information can be found in our online store, within each individual product, in the availability section.

Coolant Tank Covers:
We have two coolant tank covers left as of this morning and all orders placed as of yesterday are covered. We will be making another round sometime later this month, or in early November.

Thank you all truly for your support on this piece. It’s crazy the amount of cool, custom engravings everyone is doing on these tanks. Thank you for trusting us to bring your vision to life.

EGR Deletes:
We have a handful in stock as we made a very small batch and shipped the backorders. When these sell out we will be discontinuing this product.

Fuse Box Covers:
Fuse box covers all styles are coming off the machine satin machine finished covers we are engraving those orders and started to ship them.

Colors have started to go out this week too. All back orders will be out for finish this month. All current business moving forward will ship within 20 business days give or take.

Coil Pack & Valve Covers:
Coil pack covers are shipping! Colors going out, and coming back from finishes. We finished designer cutting the last of the two valve cover orders we had here the other day and those are on the way to our customers.

Next valve cover run will not be until sometime in the first quarter of 2020. Please call if you want to place your order, and we will hold a spot for you. No credit card information will be needed or necessary at this time.

Hood Prop Covers

Lots of hood prop (shock) covers have started to go to plating, and powder coating and all satin back orders have shipped. Some of you may have already received your tracking details on the colors that came back in yesterday too. Thank you again truly for your patience.

Color/Finish Batches

We have received both batches of lime green metallic back in, as well as the batch of copper, in all finish variations.

The team got quite a few batches out to plating as well. Clear anodize, orange, titanium and purple batches have all gone out, for both standard and matte finishes in all colors listed. Please check the tables below for details on which orders are included in the batches, as well as any notes on those orders.

Lead Time for Final Processes

If you see your order has come back in from finish please allow us 7-14 days to complete any final processes prior to shipping your order to you. Need your parts expedited for an event please contact BT via the information below.

Family will be back again on Monday, after Lone Star Moparfest, with a fresh update. We have Team Members who will be at the festivities this weekend out in Houston, Texas. They are looking forward to sharing the passion with our fellow enthusiasts both at the track, and showing off our rides.  The shop remains open for normal business with no interruptions whatsoever.
