Manufacturing Update October 26, 2020

Good afternoon everyone. Thank you for your support, and patience, since our last update. We know it’s been just a bit over a week, so we have a lot to cover today. Grab a chair, and let’s get started.

Stock Statuses | Production Runs

Coolant Tank Covers

First, the big coolant tank covers are on the machine, and running. We have a bunch of them in production, and are also making inventory for the holiday season.

We are going to do our best to get the satin machined finished covers shipped sometime in the next week to 10 days, and colors will start to go hopefully later next week. Thank you everyone, we appreciate you guys, and gals.

Trailer Hitch Covers

Trailer hitch covers in black, red, and polish are in the engrave queue now, and we have inventory on the shelf.

As promised, all old back orders will be out of here before the end of the week. Current business will be per lead-time, and we have had a bunch of custom orders come in. Thank you all!!

Coil Pack Covers

Coil pack covers are completing right now. Satin machine finish will ship by the end of the week, colors will start to go out for finishes middle to late next week.

We have inventory on the shelf for the coming holiday season also.

Devo Style Strut Covers

We are sold out. Next manufacturing run will be sometime the second week of November, or sooner. We will order material next week.

Throttle Body / Bypass Valve Covers

2013 and up throttle body covers and Hellcat / Demon Bypass Valve Covers are sold out. Material is ordered, and those will go on the machine to restock next week.

Hood Shock Covers

Hood shock covers for 300, Charger, and Challenger are on the lathe right now. We will have satin machine finish shipping again by the end of the week, with colors starting to go our for finishes next week.

Everything else stock wise we are in good shape.

Satin Catch Cans

We private label for several companies, and not just Mopar cans, but other brands as well.

Satin catch cans from October 16th through October 22nd are clearing assembly now, and heading into shipping to be packaged.

As we mention in the product description, all satin catch cans will ship within 3-7 business days from ordering.

Do you need us to ship your can the next business day after you order it?

If you are ordering online, please put a note in the order comments stating that you need it to ship immediately. If you are placing an order by phone, let your friendly BT representative know you need your can expedited, and it will be done.

Colors Out, Colors In

Last week while Burleson was on vacation, we sent out two batches for anodize: standard red and standard black. Both of those batches have been completed, and picked up by Alex. We have also received the batches of White, Yellow, Racing Red Metallic and Polish back in.

The team is hard at work sorting those batches, getting parts into their final processes. Please allow up to 10-15 business days to finish final processes (engraving, assembly, quality control, and packaging) before you see your order reach ‘ready to ship’ status. As always, when in doubt, just call (561.582.6171) or email us.

Secondary Anodizer is Crushing it

We are using a secondary source for red, and black currently, with excellent one week turn around time. We will continue to use this source. As such, we should see improvements on the anodize finishes coming in much quicker now, as evidenced by today’s update with black turning around in just a couple of days!

Batches Still Out for Finish

Blue & Matte Blue

Blue and matte blue from the batch sent on September 22nd and the aedd on from October 16th. We are keeping our fingers crossed we see both those back in our facility before the end of the week.

As we let you know a few updates back, Rick, at Anolaze, is SLAMMED folks. Please be patient, it will be worth it if only for the matte finishes alone!

Matte Black

Matte black from September 28th is still out. Hopeful that batch to be completed this week.

Matte Red

Matte Red from September 28th is still out. Hopeful that batch too will be completed this sometime week.

Destroyer Grey

Destroyer Grey from October 16th is still out. We should see that back in the next week.

Jazz Blue

Jazz Blue from September 29th will be ready for us to pickup on Wednesday this week.

F8 Green

F8 Green from October 16th we are still about 2 weeks away from seeing that back in our shop.

Finishes on Deck

Next round of finishes that we will be sending out are orange, and matte orange, along with another large round of standard red anodize.
