Manufacturing Update September 19, 2019

Good afternoon everyone. We are a bit early on the end of the week MFG Update so today, Thursday, will be the new Friday.

Today’s update is all about what’s back, what has gone out for finishes, with a few statues updates thrown in for good measure.

Statues Updates

Coil Pack Covers:
Coil Packs have been machined. Satin machine finish (both plain and with engravings) are starting to ship now, and will continue to ship for the remainder of the week, and into next week.

Colors will be going out for finishes starting later next week as well.

Devo Strut Covers:
Devo style strut covers (8 pc set) are also machined, and back in stock. Satin finish sets are shipping now.

Color sets have gone out, and will continue to go out for finish over the coming week to get all back orders shipped.

Uni-Strut Covers:
Uni-struts are now on the machine, and we will have inventory in satin again on Monday. All satin backorders will start to ship next week, and colors will start going to finish later next week as well.

Hood Shock Covers:
Shock covers in satin will start to ship late next week.

Shock covers will be going to finish (all colors) starting next week as well. Delivery on color, and polish, starting early October.

We have built plenty of inventory to carry us the remainder of the year on these. Once more our apologies for the delay in getting these completed. Our turning centers have been completely bogged down, and we took an opportunity in between setups to complete the final operations, and get these out to you guys and gals.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Friends remember if you see your order has come back in from finishes please allow us 7-14 days to complete any final processes such as engraving or assembly prior to us having your packages on the way to you.
