Manufacturing Update September 4, 2020

Good morning family. Welcome to Friday, the Labor Day weekend, and the first Manufacturing Update for September 2020. As always, a big thank you for all the trust, and support you have shown our team. We are keeping it short and sweet today.

The Shop is in Overdrive

If you have been following along you know late July, and all of August was a brutal time here at our facility. The bulk of the team went down with covid.

The good news is we are nearly back to 100%, and we are working really hard to get your parts out to you guys and gals. We are wide open throttle in the engraving queue, on these orders that have come back from plating and powder coating.

A whole bunch of red, blue, white, and racing red under hood pieces are in the shipping area this morning, along with the satin machine finish parts too.

All blue and black anodize valve covers are being designer cut (chamfered) now, so we can get those out out the door to you guys and gals.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans through September 1st are cleared from assembly and into shipping now. If you have not yet received your tracking info, you will within the next business day.

All satin cans are shipping within 3-5 days from ordering.

Need one shipped the next business day after you placed your order? Let us know if you are ordering by phone, and we will take care of it or drop us a note in the comments section when self checking out online.

Black is Back

Black and matte black are back will be into those batches heavy starting Tuesday, September 8th right after the long weekend. Please see the tables below the article for more details.

Big Color Batches Next Week

Right after we return for the Labor Day weekend break next Tuesday we will have a HUGE haul of products heading out to plating and powder coating.

The next rounds on deck will be: purple, matte purple, orange, matte orange, titanium, matte titanium, and also anodized copper.

Those orders are bundled up, and ready to head out for finish. More black, and red, both matte, and standard anodize are being bundled up to send out for finish towards the end of next week. If you’re watching the updates trying to time when a particular finish will go out, there you go.

Trailer Hitch

Finally, we want to address the trailer hitch before we part with you today. Folks that paid with PayPal we sent those coins back to you over the past few days. Our team dropped the ball BIG TIME on that product, however rest assured we are making a large batch of them next weekend. The team will be getting those off to finishes this month, and filling your orders.

Please accept our sincerest, and humblest apologies for this. Yes, it takes time, but what happened here with that product is inexcusable, and we will make it right by those of you that were left in limbo. Especially those of you who paid via PayPal, which is instant, and we had your coins for so long.

We understand trust is so delicate, especially when it comes to your money. When it’s time for us to be accountable we will do so, and make it whole for you.
