Manufacturing Update September 5, 2018

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to September! This is our 54th MFG Update for the year. You guys and gals certainly have kept us hoping all year long. We are late into the 3rd quarter and its still going strong. Team BT sincerely appreciates you, your trust, and support.

Today’s update is a supplemental one. We have received our polish back and also sent out copper/bronze in all finishes (liquid, matte and machine finish). We do expect to have a large haul of plating and powder coating coming back in before the end of the week so please stay tuned we will update you immediately.

Colors Still Out for Plate

The following finishes are still out at the present time:

• Matte Black from August 14th
• Matte Red from August 20th
• Green and Matte Green from August 20th
• Black from August 21st
• Red from August 23rd
• Matte black from August 27th (coolant tank cover and valve covers)
• Clear Anodize from August 30th.

Coolant Tank Covers

Quick update regarding coolant tank covers. These will be going back on the end machine later next week. This run will knock out the remaining orders, and provide some inventory.

Catch Cans

Catch Cans in satin are in good shape and we are wrapping up another round of mounting brackets for all versions (Z, Hellcat, Durango/Jeep, V6) and are shipping daily. Will update you with more details before the end of the week on where we stand and “orders through “x” time frame” shipping by. Remember if you need us to expedite your satin can and ship immediately please do email or call us so we can accommodate you.

Lead Time for Final Processes

If you see your items have come back from any outside finishes please allow us 7-15 days to complete any final processes such as engravings or assemblies. If you feel this will interfere with any upcoming events you will be attending reach out to us so we can work to accommodate you and your schedule.

Lone Star Mopar Fest

Please be mindful we are coming up hard on Lone Star Mopar Fest. Team BT will have everyone covered who has ordered by September 10th. We addressed the details for LSMF orders in the August 30th update. Please head on over and have a look if you are have/plan to order for LSMF so we can make that happen.

PayPal Payments

Folks we need to remind everyone once more your PayPal payments are instant. PLEASE call us prior to disputing anything or email us and allow us the time to respond to you if you get the voice mail. NO ONE is ignoring you, we are just slammed. We understand when we have those PayPal payments (your dollars) its all about trust.

At anytime you can always reach out and say Hey BT can you send my bucks back to me until its time to ship and you know what? We do and we can and we don’t wait two weeks, three weeks or not respond at all its done immediately.

Team BT gives you the tools to make an informed decision before you purchase from us. We are here for you, to work with you. We are just like you. Our team members love our cars, we love to show them, race them, and have a good time hanging out with you in your hometowns. Last thing anyone on Team BT wants is to be run out of town with pitch forks and torches because we didn’t communicate with you.

We get it we may not be for everyone, and you have that choice. Seeing the overwhelming love and support from everyone and you still choose to be part of Team BT is extremely humbling. Thank you all again.
