MFG Update February 27th, 2018

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to the last MFG Update for February 2018. As we close in on March, and the end of the first quarter, we want to thank you for the amazing support and love to start 2018.  We are absolutely astonished by all the support.  Thank you all so very much for that.  

Todays update will serve more as a supplemental of what has come back.  We do have a large round of more colors getting ready to go out again by the end of the week and will return with a fresh update at that time.

3 Machines Dedicated to Engraving

In order to clear out the remainder of the vast number of under hood pieces that are here in the shop and the number or items rolling in right behind it for the next week we will be running 3 of our four milling centers on engravings.  Simply put we have literally over a thousand pieces that need engravings still and we are popping them out as quickly as possible.

If you follow the updates you can see the amount of orders we post up and on the vast majority of them include more than one piece.  That adds up quickly.  The fact that we are receiving a record amount of new business practically each day necessitates that need for us to have three machines dedicated to getting that stuff out of here.

Production Adjustments

This will bump some production on some parts and will update on that in the first update of March in the next couple of days.  It should not push things back by much but will be going over that and adjusting ETAs on manufacturing on some of the low and out of stock items we reported on a few days ago.

If you have any questions on how this may impact your current order please call us or email us.  Also, please remember we keep satin machine finished blanks at the ready to be sent out for colors, or polish.  If you order satin and we are not out of stock on the part we usually have you wrapped up within 14 days.  

Water Necks (non-Hellcat)

One product we did see a flurry of orders on the past couple of weeks has been the water neck (non Hellcat version).  We sold out yesterday afternoon.  Will be scheduling another run the third week of March.  Thank you for your patience if you are planning on ordering one here in the coming days.

Hellcat Water Necks

On the Hellcat / Demon version of the water neck we are on final ops now. Satins will start to ship late next week colors and polish will start to go out to our vendor partners sometime next week as well.  

Coolant Tank Covers (2011+)

Finally when it comes to product the redesigned Coolant tank for 2011 and up Challenger, Charger and 300 is off the machine and shipping in satin right now.  

As we reported to you back on January 3rd, some, but not all vehicles were running into issues closing the hood.  Rather than have you play around with the factory hood latches to get the hood to close we engineered and 3D machined a radius in the lower right front lip of the part.  This allows the piece to fit all 2011 and up vehicles and also allows for the clearance to take place for the hood to close.  

The part retains is beauty and flawless best in the industry off the machine finish you come to expect from us.  In other words, no garbage swirls, a flawless glass appearance.  We currently have 80 plus satin covers ready to ship for customers with all the color and polish covers starting to head out to our fantastic vendor partners now.

All orders through January 25th are covered.  We are currently six in the hole now this is how popular that product is and has been even after the massive 40% off Encore event where about 60% of the current orders is shipping from. Thank you guys  and gals we are floored.  

’04-10 Coolant Tank Covers

We will start to manufacture another round of covers for the 04-10 models in March.  Don’t forget you have a lot of real estate on the top of that cover. Want to do something fun?  We can bring your vision to life there and have several very cool themes coming out right now to our friends and clients.  It’s always your “your ride your vision” here at Team BT.
