Supplemental MFG Update December 5th, 2017

Good afternoon everyone. Thank you always for your support.  This is a supplemental update to let you know what’s come back in from plate, powder coat, polish, or any items that may have gone out in between the regular updates.  

Holiday Delivery

First for those of you that requested holiday delivery on your orders we are on track for just about everyone that made those requests. While you see the table today may be “light” this information will change and more will be added.  Anyone that looks like we may not be able to do that we will stay in touch with you and let you know.  

Encore / Countdown Sale Sorting

We have completed and sorted all Encore / Countdown business and are working diligently towards getting any catch cans built from our satin stock.  We have also started to sort and ready product for color, and also sorted for custom engravings (many many custom requests in November).

As we begin to get those items into the respective areas of the manufacturing process we will notify you with a product table. Please be patient.  We have a substantial amount of orders in here and we have a very good handle on them and a system to move these through without compromising our commitment to the best quality in the industry.  

Encore / Countdown Sale Accounting

We are still going through the countdown business as far as the accounting end goes and taking your 30% deposits to begin work.  We are taking those deposits from the original authorization codes when you placed your orders with us.  We also send a follow-up email letting you know what we have done.

If for at any reason you wish to cancel you order and are not comfortable with that please reach out to us and we will issue you a prompt and immediate refund, and or work with you on any payment concerns you may have.  If you have any questions or concerns please reach out we are live Monday through Friday 6:00 A.M. EST to 3:30 P.M. EST.  If you get the voicemail do leave a call back number for us. We will get back to you the same day if before 3:30 and if after 3:30 we will call you back the following business day.  Emails are answered within 24 hours or sooner and many times within a couple of hours.

Catch Cans

As always catch cans are on a continually running basis and we ship product daily in order of receipt all finishes all colors.  We are sending fittings out for both nickel and black powder coat twice per week now to keep the supply chain flowing as these are the most requested when it comes to cans.

We have a slew of catch cans prior to November 21st that are in final assembly and package as we just received more fittings in today on both finishes to complete those builds.  If you see your can on the final assembly and build sheet sit for a week or so we are awaiting hardware to complete your build.  As we hit our busy peeks our suppliers do as well and they are working as quickly as possible to fulfill these processes for us without compromise either.

Encore Sale Satin Catch Cans

You will also see a table for satin catch cans placed during the Countdown / Encore Sale. These are the first wave of satin cans (there are many more in behind that in satin machine finish) that are being prepped for build.  Once more please be patient we are working quickly and efficiently for you all.  We do list a two week lead-time for satin to ship but please expect that to move out to 3 weeks as we do have a very robust third party and private label business here also.

If you need your item quickly and its on any of these tables call or email us so we can move you up and out the door.  All holiday orders are accounted for and will go out in time for Christmas when it comes to satin machine finish.  All current in coming business we will also be staying on point or as close to as possible and will be adding your items on to the next MFG Update that will be launching on December 12th.

Colors & Finishes Still Out

The following finishes are still out and we do expect them to come back in within the next several days. As they do will get you up to speed and up to date immediately:

• Matte Red
• Black
• Matte Black
• Titanium
• Purple

Coolant Tank Cover Quality Control

Speaking of colors we have had a round of rejections on some of the big coolant tank covers.  Our plater is very picky about finish prior to dipping anything and we did receive some reds and blacks back here for some material spotting.  We made a few more fly cuts on the surface and have sent them back out for anodize again.  We do apologize to anyone for the delay there and please know your product as it relates to that item will have top priority when it comes back in.
