Billet Tech Update July 11, 2012

First of all, we want to extend a thank you for having chosen Billet Technology products in the past. We value your business and that’s the reason for this update.

Let me take the time to share some good news, bad news, and good news.

If you’ve been to our store in the past several months you see we’ve done a major redesign. We are not finished but we’ve come a long way. Our next major upgrade will be a real-time, interactive, online status tool that will allow you to see the progress of your order, log your comments, and read comments from us. It’s something that I’ve wanted to have for several years and now the technology will be in place to give it to you.

Unfortunately, over the past couple months while our site has undergone improvements we’ve also had to suffer through system outages with our ecommerce provider. This has affected the convenience of your shopping experience with us. Your interaction with our store is a priority for me and I monitor it personally.
