Manufacturing Update December 3, 2015

Folks welcome the the post countdown and post Thanksgiving Manufacturing Update. We appreciate you and thank you for your tremendous support in November. Frankly we didn’t know what to expect this year, but once again you delight and surprise us with your generosity and support of our team. Simply put we thank you.

We have sorted out all the orders and have sent out all polish as of December 1st to outside services. Order status updates have started to go out to your mail boxes please again be patient we took a lot of orders and still are taking a lot each day we have two full time folks assisting to get those out so everyone should have an update in yoru email box by the week of December 7th.

We will be sending out our first batches of anodize on Friday, December 4th. this should cover most of the orders from the sale that we did not already have stock for. Green, clear and orange anodize orders thru November 30th are now out for anodize. Those who order a color item and it was not on the shelf we will be updating you with an order status update next week for sure.

Now on to some important info on the most popular items ordered during the sale and all the way up until December 2, 2015.

Catch Cans

Catch cans. We are selling these in drooves literally. We are keeping up with the pace of orders coming in however, please allow us a few days to get your satin catch cans assembled and out the door. We have started to ship all styles of cans including the Hellcat catch cans and the breather catch cans now also that includes ALL FINISHES. We are shipping in order of receipt. Pleaes be patient on colors now too since we did run out of of all colors and polish during the sales and will be sending more out for finish again starting on December 4th. We will do our best to keep on pace all through the holidays.

Composite Catch Cans

Composite Catch Cans running low. All orders through November 30th will be filled. WE will have more material in the week of December 14th to start manufacturing orders moving forward.

Hellcat ABS Covers

Hellcat ABS Covers are running and will begin shipping the week of December 14th in satin. Color and polish we are going to do our best to start shipping the week of the 21st and all the way thru December and early January unitl completed. We are building enough for future inventory also so all orders incoming now your wait will not be long.

Waternecks

Waternecks are running and satin will also start to ship the week of December 14th. Color and polish will start shipping late December.

Fuse Boxes

Fuse boxes all styles are in manufacturing. We have a lot of the sale orders already in stock in blank and are processing them in order of receipt. Shipments are going to happen all month long and we have put a priority on those seeking a holiday delivery.

Interior Parts

All interior parts such as door lock kits, ID Plates, and shifters as well as the “Nick Billet” Sill Plate group buy are shipping in order of receipt. Sill plates are shipping now. We should pretty much stay on that 20 business days or sooner lead-time with those items with the exception of the ID Plates those will be at the lead-time found within the product itself.

Center Caps

We have plenty of stock on center caps all orders will be filled as of December 2, 2015 no delays with the exception of the possible extended lead-times during the holidays due to volume. We took a lot of custom orders for this product Nick Billet is working hard to get those drawn up and approved for cutting.

Strut Covers

Strut Covers all styles we are in good shape and filling in order of receipt. Possible extended lead-times on color and polish pursuant to our lead-time link on the website.

Under Hood Kits

Under hood kits all engine styles. We are filling in order of receipt. Lots of custom on off requests, and once again Nick is working hard to render these up and get yoru approval so we can process your order. We are running low on all lots of caps, but will be manufacturing small lot runs all through the month to stay on point.

Holiday Delivery Requests

Holiday Delivery Requests. We are processing those orders first. We will do our absolute best to get your orders filled and shipping in time. We will have a better handle on this starting the week of December 7th and will reach out to those who requested holiday delivery personally to update you.

We will have another manufacturing update on Wednesday, December 9th with an updated inventory product table and the latest on colors coming in and going out that week.
