Folks thats a wrap the 2013 Countdown Sale is History.

What a great afternoon it has been and we are extremely excited to get to work producing your products for you.  Without delay here is what you can expect in the coming days:


Missed Phone Orders & Voice Mails:

We tried to answer every call that came in, but some went to voice mail. Your Billet Tech Team will begin going through the voice mails early Monday morning, November 18th.  Please allow us at least 3 business days to get back to you to help you complete your order.  Our voice mails are date and time stamped therefore, we will apply the proper discount to your final bill.

Frequently Asked Questions & Holiday Season Delivery:

Q: Will my count down order get to me in time for Christmas or the holiday season?

A: Due to the volume received during the countdown event we can not promise a Holiday or Christmas Delivery.

Please know that we will do all we can to accommodate anyone that is needing a holiday delivery. We simply ask that you put in your order comments that you are hoping to have a Christmas delivery.  If you made an order note that you were hoping for a Christmas or Holiday delivery we will let you know as soon as possible whether or not that will happen for you. We will do all we can to accommodate anyone wishing for that holiday delivery.

Please be mindful also that the standard 20 business day lead-time is going to move out. As part of your invoice copy we do provide you a link to our lead-times and you can also view that information right here prior to placing an order Billet Tech Order Lead Times Information.

Q: Will you keep me informed about my order status after I place my count down order?

A: Absolutely we will keep you informed as your order progresses through the manufacturing process. As some of you guys and gals are already aware we send you order status emails fromorderstatus@billettechnology.com.

Order Status Emails & The Holiday Season

During the holiday season from November 15th through December 31st the order status email will only serve as an informational stop as to where your order stands in our manufacturing process. As part of the auto-reply we will provide you with a phone number to call us if you have further questions concerning your order status.  Expect the first order status updates to be in your email boxes the week of November 25th.

You can count on receiving order status updates at least every 7-10 days in your inbox. Things may move out a bit longer in between statues simply due to the extreme volume that we have this time of year and especially the day of the count down sale.

Be mindful as we approach the week’s of December 23rd and December 30th status updates may be limited especially as it relates to outside processes such as anodize, powder coat or polish. Many of our valued suppliers shut down the last two weeks of the year to enjoy the holidays with family and friends.

Your BT Team will be working however, we will have a very limited schedule both Christmas and New Years week. Of course we will keep you posted on the Billet Technology Website in our Manufacturing Updates Section and via news letter regarding our days and hours of operations those two weeks.

In closing our team would once again like to express our gratitude for your support and your trust. We are humbled and honored to be a part of your automotive aftermarket experience and we do not take your trust for granted.
