Manufacturing Update February 7th, 2017

Good afternoon folks and alway a huge thank you for your support.

First a big THANK YOU for our best month of January ever here at the shop. Usually after we come off a massive holiday it drops like a rock here. It has not and we are literally operating at summer type numbers right now. We certainly appreciate your patience and please know we are working hard every day to keep pace and stay ahead. We are nearly back on lead-time now after a wonderful holiday you guys and gals showed our staff with your support and we thank you.

The catch can bottlenecks are starting to lift all over now as well. We simply have had demand outpace what we can produce and also what our suppliers of hose and hardware can provide us. These issues all coming into line with well over 600 satin cans in the assembly queue now preparing to be boxed and shipped. Many colors have gone to plate and many are in the assembly queue along with the standard machine satin now. We fully appreciate you have choices and thank you for the continued support.

All products are 100% current on availability and we are making more product to keep all inventory replenished. Hellcat supercharger coolant covers, and ABS Covers are getting ready to come off and go to plate now so anyone who has been waiting on those we are very close now to completion. Thank you!

As we discussed in the last write up, we do have parts go out for finish and coming back from finish sometimes quicker than when we put these updates up. This will be indicative in some of the product tables below where parts have gone out and come back in since last week’s update. Please be patient these batches usually have a lot of pieces in them. We take our time sorting them for any issues, then we must engrave the pieces as needed or move the catch cans into assembly. These parts coming in are being worked on diligently.

Please allow a week to 10 days for us to prepare your box to ship to you. We understand you are anxious and we want you to receive a top shelf item free from chatter, burs and any defects.
