Manufacturing Update December 1, 2023

As always we will continue to start off our updates by saying THANK YOU. If you have followed along with our updates, social media stories, and videos you know that 2023 was quite the year here at BT. We had so many issues from long delays getting finishes in, material shortages, hardware shortages, and the biggest thing for us was getting boards for machinery repairs. The electronic chip shortages were not just for cars but also heavy equipment. For the first time since late October 2022, all of our equipment is running 100% to capacity, which in turn means we are catching up on inventory. We are not longer needing to juggle between making more parts or engraving your parts.

We know it’s been a heck of a year, and the team wants to sincerely thank all of you for staying with us.

Custom Artwork from The People’s Sale

As this is the first update post The People’s Sale you will find below all the orders who requested custom art that is confirmed as of today’s update. There are more folks who want to do customs, and we will update the list as Nick and the team communicates with these customers. Some folks are still on the fence about what artwork to do and that’s perfectly ok. Be sure to stay in touch with Nick on your custom requests so we can get you in the queue.

Custom Order Email Communications

Speaking of custom orders, folks please when Nick emails you regarding your order it means we are ready to begin engraving. If you don’t answer him we move on so please do not be upset if that happens. There is usually a week to 10 day window one he sends that email to you and he does follow up with a call if we are getting ready to move on to the next items to begin engraving customs on. Any questions call in and speak to him direclty.

Holiday Delivery Requests from The People’s Sale

Below you will find the orders which requested holiday delivery. We cannot promise a holiday delivery due to the overwhelming volume of orders we will receive. Color matches factory colors we can almost certainly say the possibility is there we won’t be able to do so. Please know we will do all we can to make it happen if with the color matched factory colors. Rest assured your BT Team will make all efforts possible to ensure you have something to give to your loved ones for the holidays if you are giving a BT gift.

All Holiday delivery requests we must receive them no later than December 1, 2023. Even if you make a request after December 1st we will will do all in our power to get your order to you to give to your loved ones or friends for the holidays.

Stock Statuses

Inventory wise have a look below otherwise if don’t see it on the list it means we have stock and are in good shape:

2005-2010 Washer Fluid Caps

We have inventory again. Satin machine finish has been shipping. Colors are going out and coming back in and starting to ship. We have inventory now to last us for a couple months, and to fill individual caps or full under hood kits for 05-10 model years.

2011+ Washer Fluid Caps

We sold out right right before Thanksgiving, and will order material to run those again later this month.

PCV Covers

Material is coming in late next week for those. We are tentatively scheduled to run those the week of December 18th.

Manifold Baffle Covers

we plane to run those right after Christmas. We have material however this is truly a case where there are more pressing need to be met here from a vantage point of filling older orders and the amount of that product currently on order. We are working Christmas week so we probably will get a small run of those in that week before we head out for New Years.

Ram Fuse Boxes

We are running these (all years and styles). Fuse box covers are our number one best seller and it’s for one reason: most everyone does a custom engraving. It’s wonderful canvass to express yourself.

2005-2010 Throttle Body Covers

Final reminder last call for 2005-2010 Throttle Body Covers. We have inventory again and we have everyone covered from this past People’s Sale as well as all back orders. When these are gone this is it and that style will be retired to the BT Vault.

Catch Cans

Catch cans in satin are shipping within 3-5 business days with the exception of fender mount brackets. We will start shipping those again middle of December as we will not get the fender mounts on a machine again until late next week.

Coolant Tank Coves

Finally! Coolant tank covers in Satin are shipping now. We are cleaning them up and the lovely Andrea does one final fit check on all before package. Colors will begin shipping (fingers crossed) by the end of the month! We will send those batches on their own and they have the highest priority as they are the oldest orders here.

Color Batches Back In House

Since our last update we’ve had quite a few batches either come back in, or go out and come back. The batches of Polish, Clear/Matte Clear anodize, TorRed and Octane Red color match are back in.

We sent out batches of Matte Red, Orange/Matte Orange, Purple/Matte Purple, Matte Black, Standard Black, Standard Red, Blue/Matte Blue which have already returned to the shop.

The team is hard at work getting these parts through final processes, and on their way to you.

Color Batches Sent Out

We sent out two batches yesterday, Standard Red, Blue/Matte Blue anodize. They will be back in house shortly.

Color Batches On Deck

We have several big batches of paint match heading out for finishes next week. Plum Crazy, Sublime, B5, and Redline Red will be heading out. This will also include orders from the People’s Sale. More batches of anodize and powder coat will be heading out in the next few weeks. Keep an eye on our social media pages, and these updates, for the latest information.

The 12 Days of Winning

Finally as it’s now the Holiday Season, Team BT is always mindful that this time of year we like to give back to all of you that so freely give to us year. We are super excited to announce that The 12 Days of Winning (on the Billet Technology Wheel of Winning) will return Tuesday, December 5th (at 3:00 P.M Eastern Time) and run weekdays through December 20th.
