Manufacturing Update October 9, 2024

Good afternoon BT Family and friends. Yes its been a hot minute since we have posted an update. So pull a chair, up grab a beverage or two, and read on.

First and always a heartfelt THANK YOU! 2024 has been a yo-yo to be sure. The two decades we have been manufacturing the BT Brand of products its probably been the most trying year for us. We lost a couple of our key vendor partners who decided to close their doors. We have run into material shortages and parts shortages for machine repairs. These issues on the shortages have been a headache for a couple of years now.

You’ve Been Waiting

We realize many of you have been waiting patiently. We appreciate you all greatly. We also realize we lost some of you during that wait. Please do not think for a minute we take that lightly.

Our team’s primary goal is to ensure you receive a top quality product and to engage with you along the way, good news, bad news or just simple straight forward communication. Always know that Team BT appreciates all of our customers, and we value you.

Recap

A bit of a recap since we last visited with you:

Team BT is completely moved into its new HQ located in West Palm Beach. We invite our friends and clients to come see us anytime. The move went fairly smoothly with the occasional hiccups here and there. We are 💯 up and operational, building product and shipping product daily.

As we communicated with all of you on our last update in August, we lost our long time plating partner Anolaze as Rick and his team wound down operations.

Update on Finishes

We have partnered with three other sources and have items out now being processed and anodized. The tables below will indicate whats gone out and what has came back in from finishes.

Matte Black

The only bad news is the last batch of matte black that went out (its on this update) it came back but was done in standard semi gloss black. We kept that batch and we have been filling many black anodize orders from those parts. The matte black is back out so please refer to the table below to find your order.

The Redline Red Pearl

The Redline Red Pearl has been back for a while now. CCF (Creative Custom Finishing) killed the Redline Red Pearl paint and we have shipped the bulk of those orders as that batch came back in as we transitioned into our new HQ.

Factory Color Match B5 Blue

B5 Blue customers……… FINALLY! All open B5 orders are out for finish with the good people at Creative Custom Finishing.

We should be seeing those orders coming back to us this month yet and will get them knocked out and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

Factory Color Match Sublime

Sublime folks don’t give up we have a partial batch back and the rest will be back this month and we will start shipping all the back orders in sublime out starting this month yet.

Satin Machine Finish

Remember if you want your items quickly purchase them in satin machine finish. Its the best finish in the industry. We usually ship all satin orders with engravings within 15 days. Non engraved parts in just 1-2 business days from the time you order.

The even better part ordering your parts in satin you can have them finished in your choice of color and arrange to have the pieces sent back to us to customize (engrave) to your spec. Please be mindful that the finish must pass our high standards for us to accept them back in house. Questions concerning this? Call or email us. We love to talk to you.

Inventory Statuses

Under Hood Caps

Inventory we are in fairly good shape on under hood caps. We replenished sigma series radiator and super charger coolant cap covers since we last visited with you.

15 & Up Fuse Box Covers (for cars)

We have plenty of stock.

Coolant Tank Covers

We have plenty of stock.

Coil Pack Covers

We have plenty of stock.

6.1 Oil Cap Covers

We have been fully restocked.

Hellcat Water Necks (Charger Challenger)

These are back in stock and shipping in satin machine finish. Colors have started to go out for finishes.

We are currently ready to manufacture the following items as we do not have stock:

TRX, Durango Hellcat, & Jeep Track Hawk Coolant Reservoir Covers

ETA to manufacture end of October with inventory to fill back orders and head into the holiday season.

2007-2010 Washer Fluid Caps

We will make one final run this month and then retire them to the BT Vault.. We will run enough to fill all back orders and have stock on the shelf for the holidays and in to the first of the year.

Jeep Track Hawk, Ram TRX & Durango Hellcat Power Steering Caps

We will be manufacturing those also at teh end of this month to fill all current back orders and have inventory on the shelf for the holiday season.

Brake Fluid Caps

We are sold out and the next manufacturing run will be in early November.

PCV Covers & Caps

PCV covers and caps are sold out. Material is on order and will be be here the week of October 21st.

Track Hawk & Durango Water Necks

These water necks are on the machine and running. We will begin shipping those in satin later this week (hurricane permitting). Colors will be heading to finishes this month.

Fuse Box Covers (’08-14 Challenger & ’08-10 Charger)

We are sold out. We don’t sell many of these. We will order material this month and this will probably be the last run for those covers. We will see how the sales go moving forard.

Ram Fuse Box Covers ’12-18

We are low on stock for these covers. Next run will be early November. 19 and up Ram Fuse box covers we have no stock. We have them come in on new orders in dribs and drabs. We will make one final run on this style in early November and most likely retire them.

ABS Covers (Cars)

We are very low stock on those. Next manufacturing run will be mid November.

Sigma Series Oil Caps

Sigma Series Oil Caps are sold out. We will make another run of these in mid November.

Custom Artwork
