Manufacturing Update February 26, 2019

Good afternoon family. We have a brief update for you today just to let you know what has come back in and gone our for finish.

Added to Batches: Lime Green, Purple and Matte Purple

Today we sent mostly coolant tanks, strut covers and water necks out to purple and matte purple, and lime green metallic since our awesome supplier partners are preparing to run those finishes now.

These table are essentially add ons to the batches we already have out presently but rather than go back and add them to the prior tables where customers may not find them we did so here on a new update.

Yellow is Back

The batch of yellow from February 12th has returned. Those items are now in the pipeline for final processes, engraving, assembly, etc to prepare for shipping.

Red And Matte Red

Many of you who saw your orders pop up and are clamouring for the red and matte red we sent out and just got back in. My friends, we are working as quickly as possible, and the parts look fantastic.

We should have the bulk of those items completed and shipped by late next week. There were over 2,000 unique pieces in those two batches, so yes, we have a lot of work to do. The team has already completed a lot of that over the past couple of days.

Coolant Tank Covers

Coolant tank covers in satin and shipping and more colors other than the lime green and purple / matte purple will be going out this week.

Catch Cans

Catch cans in satin are shipping daily. As discussed in the last update, we will be sending small batches of 20-30 cans to finish so they can be run and turned around quicker. Instead of lumping the cans in with these big batches of colors with 500 plus, and in many cases with the red and black over a thousand pieces, to be dipped.

One product, easy racking, smaller batches, quicker turnaround. Please know your BT Team is working quickly, without compromise, as are our wonderful vendor partners.
