Manufacturing Update January 4, 2023

Good afternoon BT family and friends, Happy New Year and welcome to 2023. It just seems like we were saying the same thing for 2022. Time moves so quickly and your BT Team will remain forever humbled to you all for your support and trust.

Holiday Sale/Event Orders

We had so much fun with all of you in November and December, we are manufacturing quick batches of parts to fill the orders from The People’s Sale and our holiday events. In the coming weeks we will be sending a full pallets of parts out for color to fulfill those orders. Friends be patient, we tell you up front that there will be delays due to the high volume of orders, and time off for the holidays. Now that the good times and holidays are over, and the January “blahs” set in, please know we are working hard for you as are our vendor partners to get you shipped and out the door.

Colors In, Colors Out

Now that the holidays are over, our vendor partners are returning to work after a two week break. We sent a batches of Polish, White Powder Coat, and Standard Red Anodize out for color. We received the batch of Racing Red Metallic back from powder coating today.

Finally the red and matte black orders we sent to our plater for anodize prior to the Christmas / New Years shut down will be done by the end of this week. You should see them on next week’s update as “back”. The batch of Sublime factory color match painted parts will be back in the shop sometime next week (middle to later in the week).

As always satin machine finished parts that require engraving usually ship within 2 weeks.

Stock Statuses

All inventory statuses are up to date on the website. As mentioned we are running quick “mini” production runs this month for the items we sold out of during the holidays to coincide with our color batches as they go out for finish.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin machine finish catch cans are shipping within 2-5 business days if you order with brass, nickel or black nickel fittings.

We received our shipment of black powder coated fittings yesterday, and we are currently shipping all cans that require the black powder coated fittings. We have another 700 sets out at black powder coat now. We should see those coming in as the holiday rushes are over and our vendor partners are up and running at full capacity now.

OG Underhood Kits and pieces

Right now we are running the original style radiator caps and supercharger coolant caps, oil dip sticks and fuse boxes all years and styles are always running. Satin machine finishes will ship first and most order have already if you placed your order before December 20th. All other orders in satin machine finish after December 2oth that require engraving.

Uni-Strut Covers

Uni-strut covers are back in stock and shipping as well and bundled up for colors now. All satin machine finished Uni-Strut covers have shipped, or are shipping now.

Throttle Body & Manifold Baffle Covers (all styles)

These are going on the machine early next week. Satin machine finish will start to ship late next week and into the following week. Same with manifold baffle covers

Coil Pack Covers

We will start the next production run late next week.
