If you wish to return a product for any reason you will need to contact us for a Return Materials Authorization Number, otherwise known as an RMA #.
Return procedure if we sent you the wrong part or if the parts are damaged:
Did we send you the wrong parts? No problem. Where your parts damaged in shipping, or where they damaged when you opened the box? Please call us toll free 866-747-1684 or call us at 561-582-6171. You may also email us a request to email@example.com
If we sent you the wrong items we will generate an RMA # and email that to you for your records. The Billet Technology Team will reopen your order and remake or correct any errors that were made by our team.
Once we correct any product issues we will send the corrected items to you with a return label. Please package the items(s) received in error carefully and put them right in the box that you received your new products in. Place the label on the outside of the box and return to us. You will have 30 days to return the product sent in error. If we do not receive your items back in that time frame we will charge you for that product too. Exceptions to this would be if the package is lost on the way back to us.

If you want to return your product for a refund you may do so. Please call us toll free 866-747-1684 or call us at 561-582-6171. You may also email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once an RMA# has been generated you will be responsible for sending the part back to us within 15 days. Please pack your parts up carefully and return them in the condition you received them in.
Once the parts come back to us you will receive a refund less shipping charges and maybe be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
