How Will My Order Ship?

All orders will ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS.   USPS Priority Main is 2-3 business days, and UPS Ground (upon request) can take 3-7 days for delivery depending on your locations.  

We can also ship your products UPS Red.  Please call us for a shipping quote if you would like to have us ship via UPS Overnight.

Each package that leaves our facility is fully insured with a small handling fee in order that we can pay our lovely Ms. Andrea who packages each of your BT products with extreme care.

During peak shipping seasons (May-September 1st and November 15-January 31st) you may experience a 5-7 day shipping delay from the time your tracking details are emailed until the package is picked up due to the extreme volume of orders we have during those time frames.  Please call if you have any questions.

If you are interested in first class shipping options plesae call us however, we can not promise accurate tracking details or delivery (especially international clients).  We are here to assist or answer your questions.

All orders shipped will require a signature.  This protects you and protects us as well.  If you want to waive that you must let us know in writing to confirm.
