- Your Phone Number (we will only call you if it is urgent we speak to you)
- Your Order Number
If you are requesting an order status during our regular business hours (Monday-Friday 6:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.) we will reply to you within the hour. If you are making your request after business hours or over the weekend, more than likely you will receive a reply from a team member, but your status will be updated the following business morning.
