Manufacturing Update April 19, 2021

Good afternoon BT Nation. As we always open each update, our team sincerely thanks you for all the support, and trust you place in our team. We appreciate all of you who allow us to be a a part of your ownership experiences.

Let’s jump right on in and get started.

Color Batches Still Out

First it’s been another record breaking month here at the shop. We have a ton of stuff still currently out for plating, powder coating, and paint. Below you will find what is still out at our finishing partners, and when we expect those batches back at the shop:

• Destroyer Grey from March 22:
  – Is due back here on April 21st or 22nd. Parts have been painted need clear coating.
• Jazz Blue from March 22nd:
  – Is due back later the week of April 26th or early the first week of May.
• Sublime from March 22nd:
  – Is due back later the week of April 26th or early the first week of May.
• Titanium both standard and matte finishes from April 2nd:
  – Is due back due back week of April 26th.
• Matte Red from April 9th:
  – Should be back the first week of May.
• Matte Black from April 9th:
  – Should be back the first week of May.
• Standard Red Anodize from April 9th:
  – Will be back this week.
• Standard Black Anodize from April 9th:
  – Will be back this week.
• Racing Red Metallic March 26th:
  – Will be back this week.
• Roman Gold Metallic from March 26th:
  – Will be back this week.
• Plum Purple powder coat from March 26th:
  – Will be back this week.
• Lazer Bronze from March 26th:
  – Will be back this week.

Polish is Back

We just got our polish from the March 30th update in this afternoon from so please see the table below to find that your order has come back in.

More Standard Red and Black Catch Can Batches are Out

We sent a round of standard red and black anodize on the April 9th. The bulk of those orders were catch cans. We sent more standard red and black anodize out on Friday, April 16th to add in to that batch as we promised on April 9th. Most of those orders on the tables below are for more catch cans.  

We will have more matte red and matte black heading out for finish later this week, which are also catch cans.

Next Color Batch ETA

Our supplier partners on colors are jammed folks so please be a little patient. We are going to allow them to get a bit caught up before we send the next wave of batches out. Should be later this week, or early next week when we send out the next waves of colors.

Online Stock Statuses Updated by Mid Week

As mentioned when we opened today’s update, it’s been another record breaking month here. We had a huge weekend again. By the middle of the week we will have the product “availability” updated next to each products’ unit price.

Satin Catch Cans

We are shipping your satin catch cans at right around the 10 day mark. All satin cans through April 9th have cleared assembly, and either have, shipped or in with Andrea now.

All satin catch cans ordered from April 10th to this past weekend’s biz are into assembly now.

If you see your satin catch can order is in “Pending to Ship Status” please allow 3-4 business days for us to finish assembly, for Andrea to clean, and package your item for shipping.

When you see your satin catch can order has moved to “Ready to Ship” status, that means your item will be shipping in one to two business days.

Coolant Tank Covers

Finally the big coolant tank covers are coming off the machines (we have two machines on these currently) and are in deburr.

We will start shipping all the old back orders in the satin machine finish later this week. We should have all orders in satin machine finish, that do not require any engravings, shipped out by late next week.

The first colors that will go out to fill the back ordered coolant tank covers will be standard red and black. We do expect to send both of those batches out to be anodized by the middle part of next week (week of April 26th).

All other colors will start going out for finish in early May.

We do have inventory on the shelf now for new business on satin finishes, and colors per lead-times. So if you are wanting a coolant tank cover, and you have been waiting to order until we had them built, now is the time.

Payment Policy Reminder

Folks once again a friendly reminder about your orders, and how you paid.

If you paid with PayPal, it’s instant.

Not comfortable with us having your cash prior to us shipping your parts out? Contact us.

We will work with you, sending the funds back to you. We will re-bill you when your order is ready to ship.

If you paid with a credit card you may be subject to a 30% deposit.

Alex will send a friendly reminder if he captures that 30% off your authorization code. He will also include links that contain important information about our process prior to us shipping.
