Manufacturing Update January 20, 2025

Good afternoon everyone. Welcome to January 2025. First and always our team appreciates all of you and thanks you for your support. 2024 was tough we can’t sugarcoat that, but what we can say with certainty is we value all of you who stayed with us as we navigated very choppy waters. With that let’s get right to it and get you guys and gals up to speed since we last visited with you right before the Holidays last month.

Anolaze is Back!!

The first and most important good news is our long time plater of close to 20 years Anolaze is back up and running as of this new year. As we mentioned in our update here http://billettechnology.net/bt/manufacturing-updates/manufacturing-update-august-22-2024/ they were shutting down operations. For those of you who have purchased our products over the years you know what an incredible job they did for us. It put us in a pretty big bind as that shutdown was sudden.

Finding good quality anodizers local to us was a challenge. The work needed to be of the highest caliber to match our stringent standards and till offer the same anodized finishes we have offered in the past. We found two very good sources local to us and they did our black, blue and clear for us. It was the specialty colors including the matte finishes we were having a hard time sourcing. Most evey one has stayed with us. We did loose a few of you and yes, we understand why. For those of you who stuck it out with us you can be assured that the finishes you expect and that you have been getting from us over the past two decades are and will be what they were since day one literally.

Colors In and Out

With that said we do have several big batches of colors out.   You will find those orders on the tables below. We will be sending out batches now in colors as quickly as they can be machined so we can get everyone caught up and get ourselves back on track too.

Batches of Purple/Matte Purple, Standard Red, Yellow, and White have gone out. The batches of Orange/Matte Orange and Titanium/Matte Titanium have gone and come back in.

Thank you will never be enough for those of you who stayed with us and those of you who placed orders with us through the trying time that was 2024 for our business.

Corrections

We want to also make some corrections to the December 13 Update on some of the tables showing going out and back in.

• The matte red on that update showed as out and back in. That was incorrect it went out but has not come backin yet. We will have those orders back this month definitely.
• We also had several polish tables on that update as out and back. We received the vast majority of those orders back and shipped them with the exception of order numbes 125156, 125412, 124748, 125734,125866, 125933 and 125935. We spoke to Anthony our polisher and he will have these orders and pieces back in to us late the week of January 20th.

Holiday Orders

As we just wrapped up a busy holiday season once again (thank you eveyone), we do quite a bit of replenishing of stock in January and February. It’s why we tell you up front if you order during our big holiday sales, especially The Peoples Sale, expect to wait a bit on some things. We are here now on some of that waiting not necessarily because of the color issues we had last year as we spoke about above, we are waiting as we build new inventory now.

In the meantime we are sending orders out to finishes even if we cannot complete the entire order so we can at least get your guys and gals a partial shipment out until we wrap up the manufacturing of the items we till need to manufacture or that we are manufacturing now.  We do anticipate to be completely replenished on inventory in February and we will continue to build and replenish as always. Satin Machine Finish

Folks as always anything we have stock on in satin machine finishes ship quickly as we keep all of our items we manufacturing on the shelf. As long as the items do not require any engravings we ship your orders out within a couple business days. This includes catch cans, which ship out within that time frame. If you order in satin machine finish and your items need engraving we usually have them shipped within 2 weeks or sooner. When in doubt about anything just call us.

Shipping, Tracking, Etc

Finally we shipped a LOT of packages in December. Some folks are just now getting their packages many without any tracking updates at all. We have several open support tickets with USPS and all but a couple of items have been located and started the process of arriving to your destination. For those that we still do not have updates on we have engaged with you privately and have also sent back up pieces to finishes as needed to fill them in the event those items go MIA Permanently. Our team also wishes to thank the customers who did notify us their packages were received that showed absolutely no tracking details at all. Its greatly appreciated by us to let us know this. Even tho we insure the vast majority of our outbound packages its still a hassle to file a claim then wait for the claim to pay.
