Manufacturing Update May 17, 2024

Good afternoon everyone. Welcome. Our team as always appreciates your support and the trust you place in us.

Colors In, Colors Out

We have a bunch of orders that went out and came back in from finishes. Some of you have already received your tracking details and orders as of this update. Always, if you have questions about any of the order tables here please call (561.582.6171) or email us.

Factory Color Match

Folks who have paint matched orders, we continue to appreciate your patience as the paint is the biggest issue here as far as bottlenecks go.

Next week we will be reaching out to those who have a paint match order in with us on a one on one basis.
We have a BUNCH of Octane that has been out since December waiting for it to come back to us too. We have more TorRed in bound now to us and several finished on deck ready to go. We will have everyone contacted who has a paint match order in with us next week.

Other Finishes

In the meantime all other colors are moving through the process smoothly. Anodized colors are coming back after we send them out within 10 days. The amount of parts coming in is creating a bit of a bottleneck in the engraving queue.

Folks be patient if you see your order is back we are working as quickly as possible to wrap up. It will be well worth the wait. We appreciate those of you who have emailed us literally sitting on the bubble and sending those pictures in saying it was worth it. The BT Product is truly head and shoulders above what’s out there you can see and feel the difference.

Inventory

Under Hood Kits

As we come in to the summer months and the heart of show season you can imagine we are selling a lot of under hood cap covers aka the under hood kits.

We are totally tapped out as of this week on radiator caps oil caps, washer caps and sigma series radiator and coolant cap covers. We have most orders covered through mid April. On those.

We will replenish stock before the end of the month and have material coming in all next week to prepare to manufacture those parts the week of May 27th.

ABS Covers

These are wrapping up on this manufacturing run. Satin machine finishes have started to ship (un-engraved). Colors will start to go out next week for finishes and we have inventory on the shelf for new business.

Fuse Box Covers (2012-2019 Ram, Jeep & Durangos)

These fuse box covers are in manufacturing now. All back orders on these will start to ship the week of May 27th. We will have inventory on the shelf for future business.

ID Plates

ID Plates are being engraved now. Please keep an eye on our inboxes as Nick Billet is sending renderings out now. Once we have your approval we will finish up and get them on the way to you.

Beverage Deletes

These will go on for engravings the week of May 27th. We may get them in sooner depending how quickly we get through the ID plates.

2005-2010 Throttle Body Covers

We have ordered material to complete and ship the remaining back orders (25). We will be building 50 of them and once they are sold out we will retire those to the BT Vault.

2013+ Throttle Body Covers

The 2013 and up remain in production and we are shipping the back orders that have been coming back in from colors and will also make another batch for new business at the end of the month.

PCV Covers

These have really come out of no where and we sold out late last week.

Next MFG run will be the week of May 27th.

Coolant Tank & Fuse Box Covers

We have plenty of coolant tank covers in stock as well as fuse box covers for 2009 and up Dodge Charger, Challenge and Chrysler 300’s We are shipping these items every day.

Catch Cans

Catch cans all versions are shipping within 3 business days in Satin.
Anodized colors including matte finishes are shipping with 20 business days.

Coil Pack Covers

Material will be here at the end of the month, and our next manufacturing run will be in early June.

Everything Else

Inventory on the rest of our product line up is in good shape.
