Manufacturing Update November 12, 2024
Good afternoon everyone. As always our team thanks you for your support and trust. As we continue to settle in to our new facility here in West Palm Beach Florida you will start seeing regular MFG Updates posting. We will continue to work hard to get parts produced and finished back at our facility to so we can wrap up your orders and have them on the way.
As always we understand you have choices, and we appreciate that you chose Team BT and the products we offer.
Colors In, Colors Out
Today we are going to keep it quick. Please find the tables below on what has gone out and come back in from respective finishes.
Polish and matte black are still outstanding but due back in by the end of this week.
Orange, matte orange, purple and matte purple anodize we are looking at receiving those orders back right before Thanksgiving.
Orders are Shipping
Please be patient if you see your order has come back in. We are finally seeing all the orders coming in from our new vendor partners.
As we explained over the summer, our primary color source closed their facility and we had to approve new vendors to do our color processes.
Couple that with our move in August, yes we got behind a bit, however, things are rolling smoothly again and we are shipping out a bunch of orders daily.

Stock Status
We are just about restocked on all parts that needed replenishing. You can view our last update for details on that.
As per usual satin off the machine parts usually ship within two weeks from the day you order. Satin Catch Cans ship in 1-3 business days after your order is placed.
