Manufacturing Update August 11, 2023

Good afternoon and welcome to Friday. As always and every day your BT Team thanks each of you for your generous support and your trust.

Will get you guys and gals caught up with what’s up here at the shop so let’s get in to it.

Factory Color Match

Factory color match items are rolling back in and we are shipping them out as soon as we finish up everything. We know it’s been a long haul for many of you but we are very close to having all the old orders completed. Those parts are either wrapping up here in our facility or are at paint now.

Limited Factory Color Options

For the time being we are only accepting new orders on factory color match for TorRed, Octane Red and B5 Blue on the website.

If you want to do any other factory color match we kindly as you to call in to us (561.582.6171) or email Nick Billet (nick@billettechnology.net) so he can discuss that with you prior to ordering.

We do not do any color processes in house here only manufacturing. Our team wants to be transparent and engage with you on this and well, everything we do so you know what to expect or the whys of whats going on.

Colors In

Since our last update we’ve sent out batches of Yellow and White to powder coat. Batches of Frostbite Blue, and Sublime have been sent out to the painter. We have more batches on deck, see them a few sections down.

Colors Out

We have received the batches of B5 Blue, Black, and Purple (Standard & Matte) back in the shop. The team is hard at work putting these parts through the final processes so they can be sent out to you all. The blue and matte blue is still out at finish but will be ready middle of next week.

Stock Statuses and Manufacturing Runs

Lets get you guys some product inventory statuses below:

Fuse Box Covers (all years, all styles)

We are running them pretty much non stop now. This is by far and away our biggest selling product here at BT.

We just wrapped up the ’19 and up Dodge Ram Covers and most of the satin machine finishes have shipped.

Colors are going out now. We will have all backorders completed and shipped within the next month or so.

Throttle Body Covers (2005-12 & 2013+

We know we have had those out of stock a hot minute. We have material and we have had to push back the manufacturing ETA several times now. Once we finished up the job on the Haas we will be putting a small run in to get everyone with a back order caught up. We expect to get those end the week of August 20th. Of course do call in for the latest info at anytime in between these updates.

PCV Covers

PCV Covers the same as the Throttle body covers. When we run those we do the PCV Covers at the same time on the same machine. ETA to manufacture will be the week of August 20th.

Under Hood Kits

As is expected summer months equal lots of car shows and lots of BT under hood kits being ordered. We are replenishing caps weekly.

We are low on brake fluid caps and oil dipsticks. However we will be running more late next week again. Call us when you have a need by date so we can do our very best to accommodate you.

Uni-strut Covers

Uni-strut covers will be on the machine late next week, so we can get all these back orders out of here. Satin machine finish will obviously ship first. We will start to get colors out for finishes by the end of the month.

Catch Cans

We have restocked once more, so satin catch cans are again shipping in 3 to 5 business days.
