Manufacturing Update August 24, 2023

Good afternoon BT Family and friends. Welcome, and as always Team BT thanks you all for your generous support but most importantly your trust.

First we want to thank each and everyone of you for your patience this year. It’s been THAT year as we covered it a few times in our prior updates this year. We know the wait is difficult at times. We will always be candid with you and own our mistakes as well. We want to re-enforce this once again we do not take you trust in us for granted and we appreciate all of you.

Colors In & Out

We had quite a bit of stuff go out and come back in since the last time we visited with you guys and gals. We sent out batches of standard Red, standard Black, Titanium (standard & matte), and Blue (standard & matte), Clear (standard & matte) to anodize.

The batch of Blue (standard & matte) has already come back in to the shop along with the batches of standard Black and Clear (standard & matte). The batch of Sublime is in route back to the shop, and should arrive on Tuesday. We’ve included that batch in the tables below.

Stock Statuses

We have some inventory information to touch base so please see below:

Catch Cans & Brackets

Fist, satin catch cans are all caught up and shipping within the 3-5 biz day or sooner lead-time.

Secondly, We ran both z brackets and Hellcat brackets last week and everyone is in packing and shipping now. Check your inboxes for those tracking details.

Need your satin catch can shipped the next business day from the day you placed your order?
Just let us know in the comments section if you are ordering online, or if placing an order over the phone just let the BT rep know that and it will be handed promptly.

Fuse Boxes (2008-23)

Fuse boxes for 2008-2023 are manufactured for the Chargers, Challengers and 300. We have every single order accounted for with inventory on the shelf now. We have orders back in from black, blue and clear on the fuse box cover too that are in the engrave queue right now.

ABS Covers

ABS Covers are manufacturing now. We have a bunch of themes with fuse boxes and abs cover combos. So we will get all of you guys and gals with those orders buttoned up here within the next 3-4 weeks or sooner.

Coil Pack Covers

Material is ordered to finish up the rest of the backorders and put inventory on the shelf. We will be starting those right after Labor Day. The run quick and you can expect to see satin shipping by mid-September with colors starting to head off to finishes at that time frame as well. Shipping will starting late September.

Under Hood Kits

Under hood caps and covers we sell those like candy. We have low stock on washer cap, oil caps and radiator cap covers. We will be replenishing all the under hood caps and covers in September. Please call with questions.

Throttle Body Covers

We will be running in early September along with the coil pack covers.

This will be the last run of 2005-2010 Throttle Body Covers. We are retiring that style to the BT Vault. We will be making extras but once those are gone they are gone.
