Manufacturing Update December 1, 2021

Good afternoon everyone. Welcome to December. We have made it to the last few weeks of 2021 and what a year it has been. We know this year, as with last, has been incredibly challenging for many of you. Our Team greatly appreciates your continued support of our endeavors. We made a promise to you in the spring of 2020, when the madness started, that we would be here with you every step of the way. We have, and will continue to be, whatever it takes and no matter how long this continues.

We also want to take this opportunity to once again say a very heartfelt thank you for allowing our crew to have some time off for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. We are recharged and running full steam ahead to get these orders completed for all of you.

Priority of Orders

Between The People’s Sale, and the very robust business we have had after, we will be extremely busy to say the least. Our emphasis will be on getting the holiday requests taken care of, as well as prior business from before the past few sales (much of that is back in from finishes or due back in the coming days).

Work Schedule

The BT Team will be working pretty much non-stop with the exception of Sundays. We are rotating our 10 person staff so we can get in 16-18 hours of production per day, until we break for Christmas on December 22nd. We will keep you all posted as we get closer to our Christmas and New Year’s Holiday schedules (we will be working).

Colors Out, Colors In

Folks, we have the batch of matte red back in the shop. We sent purple and matte purple out last week prior to shut down, and that batch is back today. You will see it in the tables below as being back in along with several Destroy Grey orders.

We sent a batch of matte black out on Monday, we expect a quick turn around on that batch. Stay tuned to the updates for info.

Powdered Coat Batches Still Out

We currently are waiting for the following finishes to come back in from Powder Coat:

• Racing Red Metallic from October 26th and November 16h.
• White from November 16th
• Yellow from November 11th

Color Match Batches Still Out

The following factory color match colors are also due back in very soon:

• F8 Green
• Indigo Blue
• Octane Red
• Smoke Show

Those factory color match colors are all from before the People’s Sale with the exception of the Smoke Show we did get the holiday requests in as a supplemental and all in house smoke show orders are out to be completed.

New Table Types During the Holiday Season

As we move through the holiday season you will see some new tables posted in our updates. Along with the tables for batches out for finishes (factory color match, anodize, powder coat) you will also see tables for Holiday Delivery batches heading out for anodize and powder coat.

Holiday Delivery Requests

Orders which requested Holiday Delivery have priority, and were notated in the Post People’s Sale Article. Many of you have called in and requested holiday delivery after the sale. While those orders are not in the post sale recap holiday deliver table, we have noted the orders, and we are doing our best (as will our vendor partners) to be sure you have something for your loved ones for the holiday.

While we have you here discussing colors, the next full batches that are being bundled up and going to plating are standard anodize black, standard anodized red, standard anodized blue and matte blue.

We have some items coming off the machine, and out of the shop now to complete those batches so we can send them out.

We have a lot of parts that will be going out for finishes Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of this coming week. Look for those orders on our update next week.

Stock Statuses

We have updated the availability on each of our products in the online store. You will find that information next to the unit price. On our next update we will have an inventory table for you all to view so you can know what we are low on, and is currently running.

In the mean-time please take a look below at some of the hot sellers we had over the past couple of weeks during our People’s Sale Event and Thanksgiving extra helping of savings. These items either sold out or are close to being gone and an eta to run:

Dual Catch Cans for Hellcats and Demons

We are out of mounts for the shorty part of the can, both at the firewall and for those that attach to the primary can.

We will be replenishing not just those mounts but the mounts for all our catch can offerings next week.

We should not see too much of a delay from our usual 5-7 business days to ship on the satin machine finished cans.

Fuse Boxes (300’s Chargers and Challengers)

These fuse boxes are moving like candy at Halloween. We run 400-600 units at a pop for the cars and they go fast, even more so with the holiday sales.

We will be replenishing often in the coming weeks and have material ordered that will be here by middle of next week and we’ll run 300 units to start.

Fuse boxes (Truck, Jeep & Durango)

We have plenty of stock on the 2012-2016 Trucks, Jeeps & Durangos as we ran a bunch prior to the sales.
However, on the 2019-2021 models we are extremely low on stock.

We will be running the 2019-2021 boxes in early January. We just will not have any open machine until then. If something changes, they will go on sooner.

ID plates

ID Plates are sold out. We will be popping those on next week so we can fill all the sales orders and some older back orders.

Devo Style Strut Covers

These sold out during the People’s Sale. However, the good news is we are running the smaller mating pieces now, and the big center pieces will go on the machine next week.

We will start shipping satin machine finishes again late the week of December 6th, and have rounds of colors going out that week as well.

Uni-Strut Covers

Uni-Strut covers sold out, but material is in house and those will start manufacturing the week of December 6th.

Trackhawk, TRX and Durango Hellcat Thermostat Housings (Water Necks)

These have sold out. Material will be in the week of December 13th and we will start manufacturing as soon as the material arrives.

Coil Pack Covers

Coil pack covers were sold out prior to the sale events. As you can imagine this was a big seller here the past several weeks. We will be ordering material next week, and start our next production run late the week of December 13th.

Coolant Tank Covers

Coolant tank covers will also be on the machine the week of December 20th. These will be the only part that will be running during our maintenance week (December 27th through December 30th).

We want these done and ready to head to finishes after the New Years break. We’re also shooting to get as many satin machine finish orders out as we can prior to the new year.

We have a boat load of them to do, many with custom images. So please keep a look out for emails from Nick Billet with your renderings. Get back to him and give him a thumbs up or down so we can be ready to rock and roll on those engravings.

Satin Machine Finish Catch Cans

All catch cans in satin machine finish are shipping right in that 7-10 mark, with the exception of the dual mount cans for the 6.2L Supercharged Engine Hellcat motor.

We have 103 units in satin coming out of assembly and into Andrea right now. This covers the past two weeks of orders. We have plenty of inventory in satin machine finish to ship out, and to keep the flow for batches going out for color.

Black Powder Coated Fittings

If you following along with our updates, or the “spot” updates on our social media channels, you know we were waiting for more black powder coated fittings. We received 1,000 sets on Monday, and have been getting all of the back logged cans (red, black, satin, matte black, matte red, clear anodize and now add the purple we got back today) assembled, and shipped to you.

We sent another batch of fittings out to powder coat so we can try to keep up with that demand. Remember folks our supplier partners are working as hard as we are to keep the beast fed.

12 Days of Winning

Before we close, many of you who have been followers of our Instagram page know how much we enjoy the holiday season and paying the good will shown to us forward, not just now but all year long.
