Manufacturing Update December 10, 2018

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to another MFG Update, for this the second full week of December 2018. We certainly appreciate all of the trust and support you place in our team. We also want to thank you for taking the time to read these updates as well.

Holiday Delivery

As reported in prior updates, we are focusing on holiday delivery requests. Most of those requests are shipping, or out for the coloring process now. Everyone that has gone out for plate, polish or powder coating (including todays haul) we should have your orders shipped by the end of the month with the holiday requests receiving priority attention here when the items come back in from finish.

Last Day for Holiday Shipments

Speaking of holiday delivery shipments the last day Team BT will be shipping to make it in time for Christmas is December 21st, and if we ship your order the 21st we will be sending those orders out either UPS Red, USPS Express Mail Holiday delivery (includes Christmas Day) or FedEx Next Day Air.

This will be no extra cost to you we understand the importance of getting you your packages in time for the holidays and we are working hard to ensure that happens.

Catch Cans

As you guys and gals know, catch cans are always in production here at our facility. We are shipping in order of receipt on all cans.

If you need a satin catch can shipped immediately please call (561.582.6171) or email us so we can get you moved up and out the door. All holiday requests are being filled first.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Please remember if you see your order has come back in from plate or powder coat, allow us 7-10 days to complete any assemblies and final processes to ship. We know many of these orders coming back in now are holiday delivery requests. We will be shipping in time to make those holiday delivery requests, baring any major snags (scrapped parts in engrave, etc).

Inventory Tables

We have an inventory count up in the inventory table below. This table is accurate as of 10:00 A.M. EST today. The estimated time to start manufacturing listed in the table should be on point. However, we will update you if any changes take place.

If you have any questions please feel free to give us a call Monday through Friday 6:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M. EST. Chips flying until 11:00 P.M. M-F (extending holiday shop hours). Visitors welcome until 4:30 Monday through Thursday and Friday until 3:30 P.M. all times Easter Standard Time.
