Manufacturing Update December 5, 2018

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to another MFG Update for the month of December.

Holiday Requests

A lot of stuff went out for color, and our top priority is on holiday order requests. After that we are going in order of receipt to make “lot batches to plate and powder coat.

Do not panic if you do not see your order or items seem to be “out of order sequence.” This is due to holiday requests first then orders that follow in order of receipt.

As we let you know late last month, December would be the month we directed our focus on those who need their items in time for a holiday delivery or have a special function they need them by.

Coolant Tank Covers

The only product we can say will certainty that will not make it in time for the holidays, are coolant tank covers. However, by early to mid January coolant tank covers will start to go to plate, and raw satin covers will begin to ship.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are coming out of assembly in droves each day for shipment. If you have a holiday delivery request in satin please reach out to us (email or phone: 561.582.6171) so we can make that happen. We are 15 business days from date or order to ship at the present time. Fun fact Dodge Ram 1500 catch cans are now the NUMBER ONE BEST SELLER AT BT. Thank you Ram Truck owners!

Anodize, Powder Coat, and other Finishes

We have received purple and matte purple back today as well as the racing red metallic. As we let you know late last month, we are working with our amazing vendor partners to get this quicker turnaround on smaller batches, and more frequent batches to get those holiday delivery requests handled.

So far we should be able to make just about everyone who asked us to get that done if at all possible. If we have any problems or issues that crop up will reach out to those of you who need to get additional information on an individual basis. Of course when in doubt please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be shipping product all the way though December 21st for Weekend and even holiday delivery (Christmas Day with USPS Express Mail as needed as we get closer).

Lead Time for Final Processes

If you see your order has come back from outside processes please allow us 7-14 days to complete any assemblies or final processes prior to shipping. If you feel this may interfere with travel plans you have or any other event you are attempting to make please do reach out to use so we can get that handled for you.
