Manufacturing Update December 9, 2019

Good afternoon family, thanks for checking in. As always we appreciate your trust, support, and allowing us to be part of your ownership experiences.

Today’s article is a supplemental update to let everyone know what we have sent out for finish, lead time, and stock status information. As always if you have any questions please head on over to our handy Contact Page and give us a shout out. Will be there to get you helped out, and answer any questions you have.

Colors Out

We sent out batches of yellow, orange and matte orange for color today. Factory match colors, the F8 Green will be back in a couple more days and will dig right in to that. We should see a big improvement on delivery of direct factory match finishes in the new year. If this holds true, then we will introduce more factory match finishes in 2020.  

Satin Catch Cans

All satin catch cans ordered between November 29th and December 2nd will be shipping this week. All of those catch cans are in assembly, and packaging now. We have sold so many units the past 30 days we are simply log jammed in assembly and shipping.

All satin catch cans ordered from December 3rd to current will also be shipping by the end of this week, and into next week as well.

All satin catch cans ordered by December 18th will ship in time for Christmas delivery (baring no weather delays).

Please allow 7 business days from the date of your order for us to get your product out the door to you. We have plenty of stock, and we just replenished Z brackets (our biggest seller) as well.

Need your satin catch can shipped the next day? Just let us know when you call in to place your order or let us know in the order comments and the team will get that pushed up and on the way to your doorstep. If you see your order has moved to ready to ship status allow us a few days to get everything boxed up and assembled and out to you.

Under Hood Kits: Dip Sticks

All under hood kits going to color, or polish, are going less oil dipsticks. The team will ship you a partial on your under hood kits less the oil dipstick, and you will see that piece come out to you in the next month. We are making another round again right now, and they are on the machine. Expect little to no delays on satin machine finished dip sticks.

Stock Statuses

The following products are out and in manufacturing or in the manufacturing queue:

Coolant Tank Covers:
These are running now, shipments start in January.

Hood Shock Covers:
The material is here and manufacturing starts late the week of December 16th. Satin machine finish kits we should start to ship these before the end of the month if not very early January.

Coil Pack Covers:
All holiday requests are accounted for, and have shipped in satin machine finish. We do have some colors back, and we should have all holiday requests filled. The next MFG Run will be sometime in mid January.

Hellcat Water Necks:
All holiday orders are accounted for, and should ship in time for Christmas. Material will be in later this week.

We won’t be able to get these on a machine until the week of December 30th. Satin backorders will resume shipping again in early January, colors all through January until filled and inventory is replenished

Brake Fluid Caps:
All holiday orders are going to be filled. Material is here we are looking at getting those in the machine the week of December 30th (pushed about 10 days from previous schedule).

Sigma Series A/C Port Caps:
Material is here waiting for a machine to free up, and it’s looking like the week of December 30th for this part to go on the machine for the next manufacturing run.

Valve Covers:
Valve covers are still on schedule to run sometime the in the first quarter of 2020. We are getting material quotes now, and the time frame to get them running is looking like late January, or possibly early February.

This will be the last run, and then we will retire them back to the vault. We currently have 26 orders in the pipe (we have taken 5 additional orders since November 25th).

Washer Fluid Caps:
2005-2008 washer fluid caps are sold out. Material will be here late the week of December 16th. Shipments in satin will resume in early January.

Have a satin machine finish under hood kit on order for your 2005-2010 Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, Dodge Challenger and 2005-2008 Magnum that was ordered as of December 2nd? We will be sending you your kit, less the washer fluid cap, and notate that on your orders. Those caps will follow in about 3 weeks from the day you receive your order.

Colors on under hood kits are going to finishes less the washer fluid caps and the same applies as with the satin finished kits.

Throttle Body Covers:
2005-2012 throttle body covers sold out over the weekend. The next run will be in early January 2020. All holiday orders are accounted for and will be filled.
