Manufacturing Update February 12, 2020

Good afternoon everyone, and thank your for continuing to check in on our MFG Updates. If you have a current order in with us, this is the place to check and see if your parts have gone to finish, or if you have come back in from finish. Today’s update is supplemental in nature covering batches which have come in and gone out for finish, stock statues, and Nick Billet’s Valentine Giveaway.

Updates are the Place for Info

We use these updates to keep you up to date on stock statues (items that we may be low on), any issues which may pop up, or bottlenecks that may be impacting production. This is also the place for anyone, that may be considering placing an order with us, to do some due diligence prior to ordering.

Have an Upcoming Show? Let Us Know!

The team here knows many of you are attending events in March. Those dates are coming up quickly, and Team BT is here to help you look your best. We have several customers on the hot list, who have provided a “must have by date”. Yes we can do that, even for custom orders.

Those of you that have made arrangements with us, letting us know you need your pieces in time for these events, we have you covered. We are working on your projects now.

If you are heading to an event next month, and you have an order in, or are contemplating placing an order, we need you to let us know by February 20th to ensure we get your orders done. Anything after that we cannot guarantee, but we will do our absolute best to make that happen.

Stock Statuses

Stock statuses are unchanged from last weeks update and all products on the website the availability is up to date on each individual product.

We are currently manufacturing the following items:

• Fuse Box Covers for Chargers, Challengers, 300s, and 2008 Magnums
  (Jeep, Durango and Ram: covers we have stock. No impacts there).
• Manifold Baffle Covers
• PCV Cover
• Hellcat / Demon Water Necks
  (These are partially machined machined. See last week’s update for an ETA. We have a machine down, and need that lathe is back up to resume production. Parts are here now and our repair tech is coming back tomorrow to button it up so we can start turning chips again).
• Hellcat / Demon Supercharger Coolant Tank Covers
• 3mm Wheel Spacers

We are in good shape on all other products.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans continue to ship within 3-5 days from the day you place your order. Many orders ship by the second business day.

Satin Under Hood Kits

Satin under hood kits are all kept in machine blanks on the shelf. As long as we have stock you can expect a 10-15 day turn around from when you place your order.

If you order satin machine finish pieces and need them quicker than mentioned here, just email or call us(561.582.6171). Most of the time, we expedite your order, we just need to know what your timeline is.

Batches In, Batches Out

Since our last update the batches of red, matte red, yellow, purple and matte purple have returned. These parts are now in final processes, and some have even shipped out to you already.

We have sent batches of white and racing red metallic out for color. The team also added to the batches of orange and matte orange from January 20th. If you’ve recently placed an order with orange parts, you could be lucky and get a quick turn around.

Lead Time for Final Processes

If you see your order has come back in from plating, powder coating, or polish, please allow us 7-15 business days to complete any final processes prior to shipping. If you only ordered a catch can, without engraving, we usually have those out a couple days after we get them back in from finish.

Friends if you do call and get our voicemail, we are not ignoring you. We are a working shop. Sometimes we are in the shop and its hard to hear the phone ring, or we may be on the phone with another customer.

Please speak clearly and leave your call back number. We will call you back, usually within the hour if its during our office hours. If you call in after our office is closed, we will call you back the next morning.

Look for Another Update in a Few Days

We will be back in a couple days with a fresh update. We have a whole bunch of black and blue, as well as other finishes, bundling up getting ready to head out to plate. These batches include a number of coil pack, and the big coolant tank covers.
