Manufacturing Update February 19, 2019

Good afternoon everyone. Thanks for checking in, and as always, we appreciate your support, but most importantly your trust. Today’s article will serve as a supplemental update to let you know what has gone out and come back in from finish.

Colors Out, Colors In

Today we received standard red, matte red and black back from anodize. Orange, both standard and matte, went out for color this morning. Please reference the tables below to see if your order is in those batches, and if there are any notes associated with your order.

Catch Cans

Quick note once again about catch cans. Catch cans are back in continual production on our new machine. We know many of you have cans on order and are anxious for them to ship. The order batches we have on deck to go out for color are heavy on catch cans.

If you haven’t seen your order go out for color yet, it’s most likely on deck. For example we have orders from the People’s Sale that went out for orange and matte orange today along with orders that were just placed a few days ago.

Satin catch cans are shipping within 7-10 days of ordering. If you need your satin catch can immediately please let us know when placing your order so we can ship that out to you within a day or two. If you are placing your order online let us know in the comments box when checking out, or if you order by phone, if we know you need it, we’ll get it shipped out asap.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Finally if you see your order has come back in from finish please allow us 7-15 days to complete any assembly or final processes, such as engraving, before we ship your items to you.
