Manufacturing Update February 28, 2020

Good afternoon everyone, and welcome to the last Manufacturing Update for February 2020. Another month has flown by, and another record at BT. Last February (2019) was a record February at for us, however this year you guys blew the doors off that number. Just WOW. HUGE thank you to each, and every one of you guys, and gals for all your trust, and support. We wouldn’t be here without you.

Colors In, Colors Out

Today’s update will be supplemental in nature letting you know what has come back in, and gone out for finishes. We sent out batches of standard red, purple and matte purple anodize. The team received the batches of blue, matte blue and matte black back in. Please see the tables below the article for more details.

Water Necks, Coolant Tanks and Interior Parts

We have a lot of coolant tank covers and Hellcat/Demon Thermostat Housings that went out today for respective finishes, as well as several sets of coil pack covers. We also have some interior parts, from the BT Vault releases a few weeks back, that have started to head out for finish.

Inventory Update

We are replenishing inventory daily. The PCV Covers will be back on the shelf mid next week, and will start to ship with the 3mm spacers start shipping late next week. If any changes occur with these two items will let you know on Tuesday’s update.

Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping in 1-5 days. If you see your order is in “ready to ship” status allow a day or two for us to clear them out of the queue, and into Andrea to ship. Not only do we ship to our individual clients but we have a very robust private label business, and we usually have several hundred catch cans coming into, and out of, assembly every day.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Short simple and to the point today. Remember if you see your order has come back in from finish please allow us a couple days to assembly your catch cans and ship those (if that the only product you order)to you. If you ordered multiple parts please allow us up to 14 days to complete any final processes prior to shipping your items to you.
