Manufacturing Update January 28, 2020

Good afternoon family and welcome.

Today’s update will be supplemental in nature, to let you know what has come back in, and gone out for finishes.

• We sent out batches of yellow and matte black.
• The batches of blue, matte blue and white have returned to the shop, and are in final processes.

Destroyer Grey and Octane Red

Just a very quick note for your guys and gals who have been patiently waiting on the color match destroyer grey and octane red. We have spoken to our vendor partner on the factory color match and the parts are prepped, coated ,and preparing for final clear coat now.

We should have both of those batches in later this week and will get on them immediately so we can ship those orders to you. Thank you all truly for your patience during the log jam on these factory finishes. This process will speed up in this first quarter as the expansion takes place to handle the load.

We remain loyal to our vendors, and we appreciate you extending that loyalty to us by continuing to wait on the factory color matched items.

Lead Time for Outside Processes

As mentioned a couple updates ago, plating (anodized including matte finishes) is running about 3 weeks from the date we send the items to be finished. Please keep this in mind if you are placing an order, and have an upcoming event.

We are continually manufacturing parts, replenishing inventory. We have just about all of our popular products in stock, in satin machine finish blanks, here on the shelf ready to be engraved, or sent for finishes. Satin machine finish parts with engravings usually ship in two weeks or sooner. Color parts of course must be sent out for finish before they can be engraved.

If you have an event you are attending, and you wish to add some BT bling do reach out to us let us know the need by date. The team will work with you to do all that we can to make that happen.

Stock Status

Stock statuses are up to date on each individual product on the site, and we touched on them again the last couple of updates. Everything that was low, or out of stock, we are on schedule either running parts now, or preparing to run them.

3mm Spacers

The only stock status we have that is new to report is we had a flurry of orders on 3mm Spacers in the past week we sold over 40 sets in the past 4 days and we had one set left as of yesterdays order batching (1/27/20). The next run on these will be sometime in mid February. As we get closer to the date of manufacture we will of course keep you posted.

Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping in 1 to 5 business days from date of order. Colors are continually going out for finishes, so do keep an eye on the MFG Updates to see if your can is at plating, powder coating, or already out for finish. Lead Time for Final Processes

Please remember, if you see your order has come back in from finish please allow us 7-14 days to complete the final processes prior to getting your order boxed up and shipped. If you only ordered a catch can, we only need a couple of days to assemble your order, and get it shipped out to you. If you have combination of can and under hood pieces, or just under hood pieces that require engravings, the standard two weeks are needed to complete those final processes.

BT Vault Items in the Next Update
