Manufacturing Update July 17, 2019

Good afternoon everyone, and as always our sincerest thanks for checking with our updates, for allowing us to be part of your ownership experiences, and most importantly for the trust that you place in our team.

The BLACK is BACK

We have very, very good news: the black from May 23rd is FINALLY here! We also got some of the the black back from July 11th. We are not putting the July 11th table up just yet, so some of you folks will be seeing your parts come to your doorstep before your order is in the tables.

If you follow along with our updates you may think “hey I didn’t see it back on the recent BT Update”. That’s because we want the entire batch back in from July 11th before we post the table in the update.

We’ve been caught with our virtual pants down a few times by parts “being ready for pickup”, then something happens, and the batch delivery gets pushed back. It’s the nature of things (problems crop up and something has to be redone or pushed back) so we don’t want to do that again until we have parts in our hands.

Regarding the parts that did come back from the July 11th batch, the older orders have priority, and we are shipping them first. When in doubt just give us a call (561.582.6171) or email us.

Team BT is On It

In the mean time we have already started to sort through all the black and working to get everything out ASAP. Cans are in assembly now and will start moving them into package in the next several days.

The old parts from the May batch, especially the orders from April, some even from March (yikes), are being worked on immediately. Those orders have the highest priority here. We know these are old old and ancient and without compromising quality we are working extra hours to get these items out of here.

Blue is Also Back

We also got the blue and matte blue back in too and those items are being sorted and routed in for assembly and or final processes so we can get those orders on the way to your door steps too.

Out: Titanium, Yellow and a Little Lime Green

We sent a round of titanium and matte titanium out to plating today also so have a look at the tables and check to see if your order is on it.

We grabbed the the lime green from powder coating and dropped another round of yellow off today. We also sent a few more orders to lime green metallic to be added to the July 11th batch we sent out to be done Just take a look at the tables below to see if your order is on there.

Chrysler 300 Wing

We are getting calls about the 300 wing, and when it will be on the website to order. We are taking your orders over the phone right now and the price is $225 polished or anodized. Powder coat is an extra $45. We have a few out at finish now, and want to get those back in and look them over before we put them on the site for sale.

The Wing has changed slightly in that we are no longer offering it with the separate engraveable insert. It’s a solid piece, but you can still do a custom engraving on the center part of the wing. We will have them on the site shortly, but do call in if you want one right away, and we will get you setup.
