Manufacturing Update July 30, 2021

Good afternoon everyone, and welcome to the weekend. It’s Friday which means we have a new update live for today. What an incredible July it’s been here and, once again, these things do not happen without your support and trust.

Yes, it takes time to get our products, but you guys and gals keep coming back for more. We will never take you for granted. Just saying “thank you” at times, does not seem enough.

Stock Statuses

We will keep it short and sweet today. All inventory statuses are up to date on each product. You can find that information in the availability located next to the unit price when you open up the product to view it.

Coolant Tank Covers

We have a bunch of coolant tanks that are coming off the machine ready for paint, powder coat polish and anodize today therefore, you will see the B5 Bundle on next weeks update (see further into the write-up). Good news is those coolant tank covers are coming off in satin machine finish now so do expect several waves of of colors on next week’s update including matte black, plum crazy purple and Destroyer Grey as well as all back orders in machine finish starting to ship next week.

Colors In

In the tables below you will find more detailed information on what has come back in from outside finishes, and what has gone out.

We received the batches of standard Red, Orange and Matte Orange anodize back from plating this week. The team has jumped on those orders, sorting them and getting them into the queue for final processes.

Colors Out

We did get out standard Black as well as standard Blue, Matte Blue anodize this week along with a batch of white powder coat. As mentioned above we have coolant tank covers rolling off the machine completed now. We will be adding coolant tank covers into those batches next week.

B5 Blue

B5 Blue is not on today’s update but it is bundled up and ready for paint. This batch will be heading out to get finished early Monday morning. We will have the table on next week’s update.

So if you have a B5 Blue order in the shop with us currently, call in to confirm you are in that batch. We do have almost every single B5 Blue open order in that bundle heading out.

Shipping, Packaging, and Order Statuses

By the close of business today we will have shipped and prepared shipping labels for close to 700 orders this week incredible. This is why we kindly asked for your patience on the past few updates. If you have seen your order move to ‘ready to ship’ status or ‘pending to ship’ status please allow several days for the tracking number to start tracking.

The lovely Andrea does the bulk of the cleaning and shipping of the orders. Each part is hand wrapped and the attention to detail which is paid to the packaging is equivalent to the attention to detail in the manufacturing process itself.

The packaging is the first impression before you unwrap the parts. No shrink wrap on a piece of branded cardboard. When you open the box you see the quality in the packaging, materials and then the finished items. This has always been our way and will always be that way.

Satin Machine Finish Catch Cans

Brief word on satin machine finished catch cans we are shipping at approximately 7-10 business days from the date of order. As with all of our products we are inundated with the volume you guys and gals are buying them in.

If you need us to ship the next business day, just let us know over the phone (if you are placing a phone order) or let us know in the order comments section in our online store that you need us to ship out the product the next business day. We will take care of it promptly.
